They installed my shower surround. Initially, it was good, no issues. However, the shower wall cracked without anyone touching it. We called them and they wanted more money to come and look at it! They took no responsibility for their work or product. After I hired another company to fix the damage, they informed me that the original install was poorly performed. For example, they used lower grade caulk that would grey; they covered up a crack in the door hinge; they used a u-channel for the lower portion of the wall that would eventually collect water and mould (which it did) and the gaps between the door and stationary wall was inconsistent. Importantly, the way they installed it led to the crack, not the recommended way. Buyer beware! The shower looked good but wasn't well installed. Further, the owner was belligerent, ignorant and really didn't care.

We recently had a bathroom reno done and Shower Lagoon supplied the glass wall and doors. The product (glass and hardware) is top quality and the final job after installation looks amazing. Would definitely recommend them and use them for further projects in our home.

Thanks for getting the job done so smoothly. I would especially thank the owner for being this helpful and communicative. He was patient to all our queries and visit our place in person to determine what kind of glass work would be better for us. Later he told me about a pretty unusual yet aesthetic option of installing glass railings in the shower area. In spite of little doubts in the beginning, later we decided to go for the glass railings. And, these guys did an excellent job for me. It was simply awesome. Our 15 years old bathroom looks all new with this updated look. Spending time in my shower enclosure has become my favorite pastime now.

We installed a new sliding glass door for our shower enclosure. The earlier one was custom built, and this one was made an installed to accurate measurements. Shower Lagoon worked on our project with great precision, and in a very professional manner. We are super happy with our new door. These guys are definitely for keeps.

Glass enclosures are always my favorites. And hence, I decided to get it done in my new home. Thanks to these guys, who has helped me to get what I wanted. They came to my place for in-house assessment and accordingly give me quote, which is really cost-effective. And I am really happy with the accuracy they have maintained. The products are excellent and I will surely call them next time when I need something really beautiful glass and mirror work. Highly recommended!!

Very professional and helpful. My bathtub enclosure arrived on time, and the installers arrived along with the enclosure. While installing I noticed a small crack in the glass and brought it to their notice. Without arguing or trying to cover up their mistake, they sent in a fresh piece to install. That meant it would take another day. When I brought it to their notice, they assured me it would be done at a convenient time for me. They came back on a Sunday afternoon and fixed my enclosure. Good prices. Great job.

We had a Billy and his crew install a beautiful frameless glass enclosure for our custom steam shower. Their workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. Very professional, courteous and honest pricing. The price was within our budget and the best by far, of the three quotes we recved. They were on time with installation and very clean. I had changed my mind about the door handle/knob combo and they were more than happy to come back and change it for me...no questions asked and at no extra charge. Can't go without mentioning Nelly. She is the one who makes it all happen. She was a deligt to talk to and work with for this project. I would definitely use Shower Lagoon again and highly recommend them.
