Lorelie helped select finishes, vendors and additional product for a complete overhaul renovation of my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo. While I am very specific in my taste, Lorelie was able to work with me and collaborate with my aesthetic while presenting options for my selection. She also was able to deal with my communication style which can be quite direct and not sugar coated - which I realize is a tolerance level that not all designers or project managers have. This project was completed over the course of 4 months and I was traveling back and forth across the country to check in on the progress. I certainly needed a designer who was able to manage the project without me completely micromanaging her - Lorelie was able to provide that level of service for me.

Showhomes did a great job staging my home to sell. Staging made a huge impact and the home sold above ask! I would highly recommend!

Another fabulous job by Lorelie and her crew at Showhomes Charleston. We had her do a full furnish on a short term rental of ours and we had multiple applicants within 3 days and it was rented and occupied on the 4th day. I have nothing but great things to say about Lorelie & Showhomes! I had to move out of town very quickly & my house sat vacant & fully furnished & wasn’t showing well or selling. My agent suggested using Lorelie to spruce things up & to have a house manager move in so the house was being lived in. I am glad I did, her team bent over backwards to help me get my old stuff cleared out & packed up, which I couldn’t do living 325 miles away. They came in & made my house look like it belonged in a glossy magazine & moved in a fantastic couple to look after my home. Lorelie Brown's suggestions helped our house look on Zillow like it feels in my heart. Your service – well, every real estate agent should give it to their client as a signing gift. As an owner, it is almost impossible to see your home as anything short of perfect. Lorelie's outside eyes were the key to getting the house looking more approachable by potential buyers. Lorelie's suggestions were gentle and kind and so on point. The white in the dining room – removing silver and crystal and the “red” were simple but very impactful. People noticed right away – especially the opening up of the living room by removing some chairs that blocked the doors to our beautiful porch. Coffee cups by the coffee pot, champagne on the porch, book left “mid-read” and a pie ready to be baked – all helped make the house feel alive.

The staging service and value are both tremendous with Showhomes Charleston. I own a home downtown and was successful in reaching the goal of acquiring new occupants within a month of staging.
