They did great work for our house....Kitchen, Laundry Room, Master and Guest Baths, and our Apartment were all redone. On Time, On Budget, and Ben actually answers his phone and emails....start to finish in 4 months

First of all, our whole home renovation was over $200K. As any homeowner knows, remodeling a home can be both very exciting and very nerve racking. You feel this way especially, when you are handing the reigns over to a contractor that you hope will care as much about the project as you do. So you do your homework, check references, and check the BBB, to try and cull the cream of the crop from the less than favorable bunch. You hope all this will be enough, take a deep breath, and sign on the dotted line to get things started. And from there, it can be anyone’s guess... However, from the beginning, Todd(Sales), Mike(Project Manager), and Ben(Owner) made us feel confident that we chose the right team for the job. They took the time to work with us to get to know what we wanted. After some brainstorming, they presented a visual presentation turning our ideas into reality. Making such a big choice, can be overwhelming, but Ben gave us his word that everything would be great and that SKB would stand behind all their work. From beginning to the end, Mike was amazing to work with. He addressed all of our concerns throughout the project. He always responded in a timely manner and definitely had our best interest at heart when working on our project. We enjoyed working with him and could count on him to watch over our lengthy and top to bottom renovation. He is definitely a great Project Manager and we would have no qualms in working with him again, or anyone at Signature. If you are looking for a real contractor specialist, these are your guys! We were so pleased that we chose Signature Kitchen and Bath. Our project was over $75,000. We remodeled our kitchen, master bath, guest bath and half bath. The design team was friendly and offered many suggestions. Our project manager was very thorough, well informed and kept the project on schedule. What we appreciated the most were the weekly updates of what was to be done and who would be in our house. He was available by phone, e-mail and text message-- A plus. The trades that they brought into our home were very professional, hard working and proud of their work. We pass all inspections. They worked very hard to satisfy us. Ben, Mike and the entire Signature crew were outstanding on our kitchen remodel project. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely, creative, detail-focused and able to take our vision and turn it into a great kitchen. They would have been on scheduled for completion if we hadn't added more to the project (living room popcorn ceiling removal and painting among others). We highly recommend them for any kitchen remodel project.

Signature Kitchen & Bath did a wonderful Kitchen/Living room remodel, this was our first time using a contractor and we are very happy and pleased with the job they did, Very friendly and patient considering all the changes and upgrades we made throughout the process. We selected Signature Kitchen & Bath over three other companies for our kitchen and bathroom countertop remodeling, and we are delighted with our choice. Ben and Mike assisted us beginning with reconstruction plans, the counter options, and final installations of the counters, sinks and faucets. All went so smoothly and professionally, and the results are beautiful. Because they were so impressed with our job, our friends also hired Signature to completely remodel a full bathroom and a guest bathroom. We will not hesitate to call Signature back when we do additional remodeling!

It has been a few months since my bathroom upgrades (master and hall) have been completed and I can't be happier. It was a pleasure to work with the team @ Signature. My Project Manager Mike was great and the workers were professional, courteous and competent. I have to give a shout out to Chad who was at my home ~80% of the time. As with any project when you open up walls or floors you never know what you will find. As it turned out the master bathroom shower pan was not installed correctly and required additional work to repair. Mike worked with me to understand the issue, and fix as well as worked with me in regards to the added cost. He also was great in sourcing materials to match the existing tile. The overall experience was better than I expected. Mike was great at keeping me informed and setting expectations upfront. Providing tips on how to make the experience less frustrating. And when I called with a change or a concern he was always understanding and helpful. I plan on using Signature for my Kitchen upgrade next year.

We hired Signature Kitchen and Bath to remodel our 1970’s small (and I mean small) galley kitchen and complete the tile floor I had begun (but then realized I am just too old for that anymore). Ben designed the kitchen I dreamt of having. Our main problem was storage space and he solved that beautifully. Casey, our project manager was on top of what was going on and kept us updated on the planned schedule for the work. Everyone from demolition through completion was professional and meticulous in their work. We appreciated everyone cleaned up their work area before they left for the day. The whole job was about 3 ½ weeks but everyone made it as easy as it could possibly be. We highly recommend Signature Kitchen and Bath and will not hesitate to call upon them again should we have another remodel project. The kitchen is so beautiful I do not want to cook and mess it up.

We had a great experience with the entire Signature team during the remodel of our master bedroom and bath. We will work with this team on our next project.

We are just finishing a complete a renovation of a bathroom, which was an extensive and perfection-oriented project. Signature A's personnel from Todd to Mike (our Project. Mgr) and all the people we had come to into our home were professional, courteous, and helpful. This bathroom is an "Art Deco/Nouveau" theme and it has turned out beautifully. By the time they were finished, we felt we had known them for years - they are very attuned to their client's wishes and do everything possible to make requests happen.

Signature Kitchen & Bath did an outstanding job! They did some modifications in our kitchen but the major improvement was the granite in the kitchen and both bathrooms. From start to finish it was professional and on time. They take you step by step all the way. I would highly recommend Signature Kitchen & Bath!

Although I noted it was a project in Jan of 2017, this was their 2nd project for me. They have now done a complete kitchen remodel and a master bath upgrade. The team - from the fist encounter to the last, including all construction workers in between - is joy to work with. On time, excellent communication and they get the job done well. I could not be happier with the results.
