Our family was moving from Seattle to Raleigh, and before we even got to town found Sharon online. It was immediately clear that she was open and honest, and built a huge amount of knowledge about the greater Raleigh market. Over the next several months not only did Sharon help us acclimate to the different neighborhoods, but used her expertise to steer us away from riskier investments and hidden repairs. She was our compass during home tours, relying on her approval before we started to envision our family moving into any given home. When it came time to make an offer, she knew how to position our bid strongly, when to push the Sellers while also ensuring that we got everything we needed from the negotiations. She even knew how to keep our kids entertained through a days-worth of home visits. Sharon was excellent to work with, as you'll see from her other reviews. She's kind, prompt, and honest. You couldn't ask for much more from a partner in such a big moment in your life.

We just bought our first house and Sharon was essential to make that happen. We have recently moved from Chicago and don’t really know many people in the area but Sharon helped us put a great team together (loan specialist, attorney, inspector, etc. and all of them truly great people). She is always accessible and responds to your emails quickly, as early as 5 AM! After seeing several houses (I think 10 in one day alone), we found a house we fell in love with so we put an offer. Our timeline though was hectic and we had only a week to do the inspection but Sharon made it happen. She was following up on our offer and responding to our emails, calls and questions. Once even when she was at a wedding she was texting us back when we had questions, because our due diligence period was about to expire the next day. She was also always on time with everything. We never had to remind her of anything. In fact she was the one who was making sure we didn’t miss a step or forgot a due date. This is the 5th home purchase I've made and thank goodness my wife and I found Sharon for this one! In the past I've only used referrals, but we were new to the area and resorted to an online search. I was a little shocked at how many 5 star reviews Sharon had at first, but after our experience it's clear why. My wife and I were relocating from the Seattle area and were nervous that the search out here would be daunting in a competitive market. Sharon was extremely professional and responsive from the outset and not only was she able to get a good sense of what houses/areas would be a good fit for us, but it was very clear that she was knowledgable and looking out for our best interests. We ended up purchasing a new build in Heritage community of Wake Forest and she was a fantastic advocate in helping us negotiate with the builder, checking out the house from top to bottom, and providing tons of useful advice. There was never any pressure along the way and it took us quite awhile to find the right house. I know that unfortunately, less experienced realtors just don't have the knowledge to be aware of pitfalls and to know how to properly negotiate. They're often just interested in closing the deal. We found Sharon on the Internet when we were house-hunting from out-of-State. We contacted her and she started work without meeting us in person. She showed us many houses using Facetime and even went to a design center to show us options for a new home we were interested in. When we were able to go to to Cary, she took us to as many houses as we liked. She is pleasant and easy to talk to. She is very diligent, considerate and very knowledgeable about the community. More than anything, She was patient and didn’t appear to just want to have a quick sale. She would be the first person to point out that a house was overly priced or if it had other negative elements, giving us a balanced view of each home. She is very resourceful and well connected. On one occasion, she went out of her way to find out some hidden facts about a house we liked, which would have have an adverse effect on the home's resale value. We believe we made the right decision not to buy that property because of her. She also helped build an outstanding team of people to work with us - from our loan officer, to home inspectors, flooring, painting and general contractors and attorneys. Everyone she recommended to us was fantastic. She ultimately found us a very nice home in a great location. We really appreciate Sharon’s great work and Would highly recommend her.

Sharon created a marketing plan for our old home and ensured a steady stream of showings that resulted in a sale before we even hosted a planned open house. She also helped us navigate the negotiation process ensuring we hit our goal price during a cold fall market. With regards to buying, Sharon demonstrated her knowledge of the market by utilizing previous relationships with our builder to lower lot fees and maximize build credit and other modifications we wanted. We relocated from NJ, and Sharon helped make the process of buying a home a long distance away as easy as possible.
