From the first phone call to set up a home appointment to the finished kitchen remodeling project we have nothing but praise for all the people that work with Smart Remodeling. When I first contacted them the office manager gave me a great overview of what they offer, what their work ethic is, and how they value communication and excellence. The initial appointment with the project manager was so positive because he listened to what we wanted and he too reiterated their desire to complete any project with excellence. We could ask any question and he was glad to answer. Once the project was started it went very smoothly. When there were hiccups they were quickly addressed with a "can do" spirit. The project manager made sure that everything was done in an excellent manner. He has great people that are very professional and expertly skilled. Our project was new kitchen cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and flooring. We are super pleased with the finished project. I would definitely call them again. We really enjoyed getting to know the owner and office manager.

I'm so delighted with the work Smart Remodeling did at my house. My house has an attic room that the previous owner had framed out but not finished. It needed new walls, floors, a window, and lots of trim to finish it off. The room was dark and dreary and not safe. However, Hani made some great suggestions when we were in the quote stage, and the finished room is now light, bright, and a great space for my family. Hani was straightforward to work with and listened to what I wanted. I needed some custom Murphy shelving and a small circular window to finish it up - both a little complicated or difficult to source - but Hani made sure both things happened. The result is fantastic, and I'm beyond happy with how it ended up. The schedule for the project was clearly communicated, and the work was completed quickly. I plan to use Smart Remodeling again this year on another project I have planned. I would highly recommend this company for any project you have.

Let me start by mentioning that we have used another contractor in the past for other projects, and we have now found our go-to contractors with Smart Remodeling. Hani was so professional from the minute he stepped into our home. Immediately, he knew he needed permits and engineers for the massive undertaking of the project we wanted. I had received a couple of other bids, and not one of them mentioned getting engineers involved or permits, so this alone was a huge eye opener. We took out the load-bearing wall. Huge undertaking! He gave us his personal cell number and I can tell you that there was not one time that he did not immediately respond back with either a text or a phone call If he was unable to answer right away. He is very professional and very kind. His contractors were respectful of our property and were great at each of their given professions. He knew our vision and helped us bring it to life. We could not be more thrilled and in love with our new kitchen. Not only is the work absolutely amazing, but he was also very fair in his price. We will be recommending him to anybody who is ever wanting a contractor. Our 80's home has finally gotten a major interior face lift!! Everyone who has seen the new kitchen has been jaw-dropped. When I say it looks like a completely different home, I mean it. I really had to put trust in myself when getting the appliances, hardware, counters, and fixtures, praying it all tied together, and I'm so happy with everything. Hani led us to a great countertop company to choose our slabs, and it was SO MUCH better than the place another contractor had sent us to prior to going with Smart Remodeling. First of all, I have to apologize to Hani for not writing this review sooner. I thought I had written it and then realized it didn't go through. Let me just tell you that you will not be sorry if you hire Smart Remodeling for your renovation work. We had our kitchen and guest bath renovated and they did a stellar job. First of all, they took the time to listen to us and incorporate our ideas into the work. They made recommendations with their expertise but they also worked closely with us to accomplish our goals. You won't find a harder working crew than Hani's team. They are dedicated and FAST. They are also good natured and kind and I would consider them friends now. If you are not satisfied, they will work to make it right. Living through a renovation is never fun but rest assured that they will get the job done faster than most anyone else and make it as tolerable as possible. And fast doesn't mean sloppy with these guys. They do high quality work but they are consistent to come every day and work exceptionally hard. We would not hesitate to recommend Smart Remodeling.

Best company I have had the pleasure to work with!! So VERY pleased with the work from start to finish. I bought an older house in Friendswood that need some TLC. I met with Smart Remodeling guys at the house and they were very knowledgeable and they knew what they are doing. they remodeled the kitchen and the master bathroom, it came out amazing. I love the way they converted the bathroom tub into walk in shower with the frameless shower door. I definitely recommend smart remodeling for your next project.

We had been talking about remodeling master bath for a long time. I found these guys while looking around to see what kind of different tile and stone was available. I told them what I was looking for, they pointed out pros cons of my ideas, and together we came up with a master bath that is a dream come true.they didn’t waste any time getting job started, and kept in constant contact with me through the process. They were even available to talk after hours when I wanted to make some changes in our plan. Long story short, bathrooms and kitchens is what these guys do, and I would recommend them!!

I did a major kitchen remodeling. They were very helpful and very professional from A to Z. In addition to the discount they gave me earlier they gave me an additional backsplash for free. The sales rep Amad was super helpful and the manager or the owner was super nice and kind. Give them a call and see for your self.
