We used SpazioLA to help us with a laundry room remodel and we highly recommend them! We worked with Elan as our Project Manager and he was fantastic! Easy to communicate with and reliable. He even helped us source great materials that helped our project turn out better than we imagined. We loved working with them and will work with them again for an upcoming bathroom and kitchen remodel.

We did run into hiccups like any construction project but they honored the timeline and we did not blow out the budget, which were two critical criteria for us. We are very happy with the result and will work again with Spazio in the future.

We cannot recommend SpazioLA enough. They are reliable, dependable, experienced, speedy, they communicate clearly and frequently, and most importantly, we are thrilled with our converted home office, backyard remodel, new pool and spa! When we needed some work done on our current home we were very nervous about engaging with contractors after a terrible experience in our previous home. After reading other positive reviews of Spazio, we reached out to them to help us convert our living room into a home office. From the very first meeting with our project manager Roy, Spazio was 100% professional and focused on doing the best job possible. We were so satisfied with the work they did converting the office that we hired them to completely redo our back yard, which included multiple deck areas with a new custom pool and hot tub. Even with this much larger and longer job they never once let us down. Everything was on time and any small budget overages were discussed thoroughly for approval. If we requested adjustments along the way, Spazio we always clear and transparent about how those adjustments would effect the job. There were never any surprises, and the yard turned out better than we could have imagined. We will definitely work with them again.

The finish of our remodel was exactly as we had imagined, EXACTLY what we asked for! It was so much fun being able to take part in the demo process, hitting walls, lol. Anytime I got overwhelmed throughout the remodeling process, Shay was always there reassuring me everything would be ok. Shay responded to ALL our inquires and anytime we needed him he would respond promptly, even when he was on vacation he made sure we were in good hands. Shay even made it convenient for us during the process of choosing materials, a few times he would bring them to our home. Spazio LA was very considerate of our time for the remodel, knowing we had to be out of our home the entire time, they finished quick and with quality work. The team even worked some weekends. In the final walk through, Shay, recognized details that we missed, and had the crew make corrections.

Working with Shay and the whole team from Spazio LA was a pleasure from start to finish. We were planning to remodel our master bedroom to add a master bath. Spazio provided three designs which also included a walk in closet and far better flow while staying within the additional square feet we were considering. The scope of the project including timelines, cost, and design options were clearly communicated and most importantly accurate throughout. As this was our first major remodel, there were additional costs that I had not fully anticipated ( mostly with various city permits and requirements) but the Spazio contract was clear what was covered and what wasn't. Throughout the project Shay was always readily available, flexible, and stayed on top of all details. He also offered excellent creative suggestions when needed (tile choices, walk in closet design, type and size of windows). The quality of the work from all crews involved was also outstanding - AND they were super nice. We couldn't be happier with the final product. It truly exceeded our expectations.

I have done several large remodels in the past, and know how painful the whole process of construction can be. Working with Shay was the complete opposite of my past experiences! He is calm under pressure, responsive to issues that comes up (as inevitably they will on any project), and has a solution-focused mindset. Instead of trying to assign blame or ditch responsibility, he immediately pivots to "how can we solve this and move on?". I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We worked with Shay from Spazio on two separate scopes of work -- an interior remodel and a landscape / hardscape remodel. The interior remodel entailed knocking down walls, redoing the kitchen, floors, fireplaces, bathroom with new plumbing, electrical, hvac, paint, and tile. The landscape / hardscape scope entailed a new driveway, new front wall with gates, and new back deck, and landscaping in both the front and backyard. A remodel is a stressful exercise as a homeowner. We had never worked with a general contractor before. Looking back on our remodel, we were very happy to have found Spazio and worked with Shay. Spazio's crews are focused on mid to higher end remodels and it shows in terms of quality and attitude towards the work. Any issues that arose on the project were promptly dealt with. Shay was always very responsive throughout our two scopes of work. We have worked with other GC's other than Spazio and it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with lack of responsiveness, lack of quality, and having foremen that are fixated on doing the job as fast as possible (at the expense of quality). I never felt that from Spazio's crews and appreciate that even more having dealt with some pretty crappy GC's. At the end of the day, while you can assess your remodel based on a budget, this is your home. Spazio isn't the cheapest (and you likely don't want that once you see the quality associated with that!) but working with Shay you will be sure to get someone attentive to helping you achieve the vision you have and ensure its brought to life. I highly recommend Shay.

Exceeded our expectations! We used Spazio LA to do our kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier. We went into it with having an idea of what we wanted but then Essi came in and made suggestions that took it to another level. Our project manager Diego was fantastic and always kept us in the loop. We will definitely be working with Spazio LA in the future.

We just completed our second project with Spazio and they maintained the highest level of professionalism and customer service that they demonstrated in our first project in 2019. This project was a complete remodel of our guest bathroom. Essie listened attentively and made constructive recommendations during our initial meeting. Their team of contractors were responsive to all of our questions and concerns as they came up. Diego who managed the project was fantastic. He was available and responded promptly throughout the project for any needs or questions. We have had other projects done at the house before Spazio including rooking, flooring, lighting etc. and I can honestly say Diego was one of the best that we have worked with. I especially appreciated his open communication and his attention to detail. I have no doubt in my mind that we will conti9nue to use Spazio in the future for additional remodels that we are planning for our home. Anyone else would be a step down in quality, performance and customer service. Thank you Diego, Essie and the Spazio team!

We are really happy with what Spazio LA has done for our garage remodel project. They were very efficient, the team very respectful and professional. The unexpected was perfectly handled by Shay who has always been in the forefront of making sure we'd be happy with the result. Most of all, the schedule was perfectly followed. We definitely recommend this company.

Working with Essi and his team was a dream. We remodeled our kitchen, primary bathroom, upgraded electrical, replaced old windows, replaced roof, etc, etc, etc. The kitchen remodel included structural changes such as adding a vaulted ceiling, removing a wall and pushing into our garage. Our house was built in the 50s and they discoved multiple leaks in the subfloor…but they handled it! The Spazio team handled everything from plans to permits. They were on schedule and offered budget friendly options where it made sense (do you really need designer windows?) My husband and I often had to take on different moments of the project due to work demands. As a woman I often get the old patronizing tone from contractors, but Essi was so kind and patient. I always felt like Essi was on our team by looking out for our best interest with vendors (appliances, tile, etc). We had a group text chain and they were so responsive every step of the way. You get what you pay for, and you will NOT regret choosing Spazio!
