Dave and his crew were great! They were able to get the job done in two days, and it looks fabulous! We were covering an uneven concrete basement floor and thought carpet was our only choice. Dove told us about a laminate that looks just like wood, is easy to clean, has enough "give" to work perfectly for our needs. It's also less stressful on your feet and legs and should last a long time! We love it!

Stuart and his team are great. He responded promptly to my inquiry and set up an appointment to come to the house to show me rug options. He respected my budget and brought samples, based on what I said I wanted and his expertise. The process for installation was seamless and easy. The price was reasonable, the quality great, and the team that installed were terrific also. And I really appreciated to having to run to several carpet stores to look for samples and compare prices! A very positive experience and I highly recommend them.

We hired Steve to refinish our hardwood floors when we bought our house a couple years ago. He and his team did such a great job it was a no-brainer to hire him to install wall to wall carpeting in our basement. He made multiple trips to bring us samples, was knowledgeable and helpful about what would work best but never pushy. He knew exactly what pad we should use, and made sure we didn’t skimp on that. Another store front carpet place hadn’t even told us there was much of a choice with the pad. Yes, he ended up costing more than the other guy but we got way better carpet, fast and professional installation, and no surprise charges or changes. I recommend him to all of our friends too.

We had hardwood floors installed on our entire second floor, and also in the Family Room on the first floor. Friends & Family Flooring did a fantastic job! The workmanship was excellent, and they were very careful and conscientious. We highly recommend them!

This is my first work review, ever! Why now? I feel compelled to tell you about this outstanding company that lives up to its motto: "We exceed your expectations!" Here are the facts. Before I hired Friends and Family Flooring (hereafter referred to as FAFF), I read other customer reviews and was impressed. Why? These were not the "Great Job!" type comments, but heartfelt expressions that took time to write. Nonetheless, I completed my due diligence, and obtained cost proposals from two other companies. I expected to pay more for quality wood floors, without being overcharged. After all, commonsense folks understand that you get what you pay for. FAFF won my contract by having employees and not subcontractors do the installation, which their competitors did. This was a key feature. What do I think of the finished product? I could not be more pleased. FAFF now qualifies as my "Go To Company" for quality flooring. From the sales manager to the administrative staff and installers, FAFF functioned as a team to ensure that my flooring and carpeting were installed on time and at the agreed upon price. With them, there was no rework. They did it right the first time!

Dear Mimi: Your demolition of the damaged oak parquet, and installation of our new red oak plank floor was truly a nightmare for your crew. The original floor was done by another vendor who used tar instead of adhesive on the parquet. As we all faced the horror of the liquid, greasy tar, your crew did not panic. They showed patience and resilience, and by Day 3, perseverance, and came up with literally the concrete solution. spreading concrete over the liquid tar to contain it and create a hard surface. The new plank floors look wonderful, all the tar clean-up was tough, but they did a very thorough job. We are very pleased with the new floor, and so grateful that you persisted against so many odds to renovate our home. You came highly recommended by another contractor, and he was so right!

Timely, worked within my budget, provided great attention to detail. Especially helpful to have their expert guidance on how to address a floor that was not perfectly level. They worked quickly and the installation was flawless.
