StoneTop is a family-run business based out of the Twin Cities and the Mille Lacs Lake area in Minnesota. Since 2014 we have studied a variety of Decorative Concrete systems and experimented extensively to understand our medium and its adaptable styles. We provide a locally made, sustainable, and responsible product that is completely unique to your home, backyard, or office and adaptable to fit the contractor's or building company's needs for diverse clientele. Concrete conjures images of a solid base for design but rarely of organic, artistic and versatile pieces of art, décor, furniture, and your landscape. Decorative concrete is not the fad some people thought it was a couple of decades ago. Decorative concrete is showing up in homes everywhere. With its versatility, it can provide the edge of a contemporary design or the warmth of the north woods escape.

We love our countertop and would highly recommend StoneTop Surfaces! We hired StoneTop Surfaces to design and make a two tiered countertop for our outdoor bar. I've never worked with concrete before so I was very "green" to the process and the look. They explained how they make it and gave me samples to look at. I described what I wanted and they executed my wishes perfectly! I was SO happy with the outcome! I literally hugged my countertops when they came and were installed. :-) We did have an issue (not their fault) with the countertop and the supports with it's weight and they bent over backwards to help even though it was something I should have really figured out myself. I'm so very happy with the outcome and would recommend them for any of your concrete needs! They are a great family owned and run company too which I love!

It went great! Traci and Todd came out to meet with us and talk about what our needs and vision were. I had some glass tile that i wanted incorporated in the back splashes and I had an odd shaped island/bar area counter top previously that just didn't work with the flow of the kitchen. They came up with a design that improved the flow and took a congested simple area and made it beautifully dramatic. I had no idea what was possible with colors, edge detail and custom shapes and they helped bring it all together --- so very happy!

StoneTop Surfaces did custom concrete counters for a bathroom and kitchen for our home. The work was excellent and exactly what we wanted. The bathroom counter is 86" long with two custom sinks and no seams. The sinks are rectangular with one side of each slanting 18 degrees, the other side straight up. They are great. The kitchen has an L shape counter with a huge integrated sink - I asked for the largest sink they could fit and they did. The L counter has three seams to accommodate the large sink and a cooktop. There is also a large curved island, 94" at the longest and 37.5" at the widest. Four stools fit on one side. The best part is there are no seams - it is beautiful. It also has an integrated towel bar exactly where I need it. StoneTop was patient with my questions and the difficult choices of colors, finishes, textures, etc. They brought samples that helped a lot and answered all my follow up questions. We have had the concrete counters for more than three months and I can't believe how easy they are to maintain. A simple wipe with a damp sponge and they clean right up including the sinks.
