Streamline Construction

If you are considering working with Streamline, do not think twice - hire them and you will not be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My wife and I hired Jason and the Streamline crew to completely renovate our 2BR/2BA Dana Point vacation condo down to the studs, which included major structural changes to completely open up the ocean facing main living area. We live in NorCal and were very concerned about how a remodel of this scope would go being a plane ride away. Not only did they execute to perfection from day 1 to project completion, but along the way they made us feel like it was their house too. Project management was 10/10. They use Buildetrend and were great with keeping us updated in real time on progress photos and execution schedules. Never had any issues getting ahold of someone when we needed to talk. Invoicing was also spot on with all the details you want to see when spending this kind of money. So much care and professionalism, even when we screwed up and asked them to make changes, they made us feel like it was ok and took care of everything without having to explain a second time. I would never use anyone else in Orange County if I had to build another house. We found our family at Streamline. I'll be sure to update this post with professional photos when ready.

Our 2019/2020 project with Streamline Construction at our residence in Costa Mesa, CA, involved extensive repair and remodeling, including completely remodeling the kitchen and all baths, making structural changes, installing new flooring and revamping plumbing and electrical. Streamline brought these many elements together to take our residence to a new level. Their craftsmanship fulfilled our vision for the property and has stood the test of time. Streamline brought our designs to life with attention to detail and flexibility as unexpected considerations forced us to alter course during the project. Jason and team have a “can do” ethos, and found a way to fulfill our vision even as new challenges arose. This included the remarkable feat of finding a way to complete the project around the initial months of COVID-19. We also discovered heretofore hidden problems with the plumbing and electrical as we peeled back walls and floors. But Streamline dealt quickly and professionally with these problems, including extensive replacement of electrical and plumbing to bring the house fully up to code. Whenever external barriers to progress were removed, Streamline moved rapidly and efficiently to get the project on track, while maintaining the highest standard of quality. Jason and team are also very responsive over email and text, which was critical as we refined details and adapted to changing circumstances. Jason does a great job both of bringing useful recommendations to the table and working hard to realize the homeowner’s vision. Streamline priced its services fairly and pushed hard to complete the project during a period of exceptional uncertainty. Their craftsmanship and professionalism resulted in a beautiful home for our family. Given the chance to do it all again, we would choose Streamline in a heartbeat.

From start to finish Jason, Junior, Taylor, Codi, and their team worked with us to make sure that our remodel came out the way we had envisioned. Every person on Streamline's team is professional, skilled, courteous, warm, and responsive. Our project was complicated and had a lot of moving parts. Jason and team were more than equal to the task. They worked tirelessly to come up with great solutions and options at every turn, applying their skill and experience to bring our ideas to life. We got a fair budget at the outset, and Jason made sure the project stayed on budget. The Streamline team was with us every step of the way, and they were truly a pleasure to work with. And when it was all said and done, we got a beautiful home and front yard. What a transformation!

We have had a great experience working with Streamline Construction. We were contemplating selling our house and moving to something that had all the pieces that we needed, but instead found Streamline and added on so now our house has the additional space we had been searching for. We were looking for a team that were upfront, honest, and organized. Jason Adams and the entire team at Streamline have been that and more. What should have been a really easy and straightforward addition was anything but. Our house had some crazy stuff happening behind the walls that no one could have predicted. Jason and his team took everything in stride and worked tirelessly to make our house safe. We loved working with the dream team of Junior, Ricky, and Javier. We lived in our house while construction was going on (maybe not the smartest idea, looking back), but they made sure that we always had access to the necessities and the house was safe for our kids and animals. Our house now has the space that we wanted and looks like it was always built this way. If that wasn't enough, I wanted to touch on something else Jason did to go above and beyond for us. We woke up one Saturday morning to what sounded like rain in our living room (one of the few rooms we were not having work done on). This was coming from an overflowing toilet (also in a room that had nothing to do with construction work from Streamline). I panicked early Saturday morning and didn't know who else to call but Jason. He and his team were out in just a few hours and solved the leaking toilet. He also recommended a company that came out that day to start the drying out process. Major crisis averted, and it's all due to the care and attention of Jason and his team! We also cannot thank Madison enough for her design advice and suggestions. She took my hodgepodge of ideas and turned them into beautiful and cohesive looks in all our rooms. All of this is to say that I HIGHLY recommend Jason Adams, and the entire Streamline Construction team. Thank you for the incredible work you've done. THANK YOU!

I've wanted to remodel my 90's track home kitchen for years. I needed to find a team that had a great reputation, provided quality work and could work within my budget. Streamline did a complete gut and remodel of my niece's kitchen and she highly recommended them to me. I began looking at all Streamline's work online and read all the positives reviews. They were doing huge expensive remodels. I wasn't sure if they would take on my smaller project and work with someone who had to be budget conscious. They will, and did! I did my due diligence and met with three other companies. I felt that Streamline was a good fit for me. The team was amazing! They walked me through the whole remodeling process since I was a "newbie". Madison helped bring my ideas together. She has a wonderful eye for design. She redirected me when needed ("Remember you said you did not want an all-white kitchen.") Jason and Junior both have a calm demeanor, which calmed me down. If any minor issues came up it was solved and never became a problem. The workers were on time everyday! They even came earlier at 7:30 am because they knew I would be out the door by then. All the workers were friendly and did high quality work. My custom cabinets are absolutely beautiful. Thanks, Gilbert!!! I had so much confidence in this team I had them do a beautiful built-in, fireplace, guest bathroom, floors and paint. I will definitely use Streamline again and highly recommend them to everyone.

We recently had a major remodel done on our entire home and would like to share our positive experience with our contractor, Jason Adams of Streamline Construction. Prior to hiring Jason, we interviewed multiple contractors but the fit didn’t seem quite right with any of them. When we met Jason, we felt we hit the jackpot because he came in with tremendous professionalism, confidence and technical knowledge. He took our home down to the studs and gave us a completely new interior and exterior. We are thrilled with the result! From the start, the entire crew including Jr., Chris, Lance and Rocky were top notch. They arrived timely, were extremely proficient at all they did, were very courteous and were just a pleasure to have in our home. We faced some setbacks due to Covid but Jason and the crew went above and beyond to push ahead, stay in constant communication and remain on the projected timeline. On the design side, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Olga Dean whose utterly flawless eye for design helped us pull our dream home together. She was a perfect compliment to the construction team. From design through to construction execution, Streamline Construction was amazing! While we are glad to be finished with the project we will miss seeing everyone on a daily basis. The streamline team is absolutely top notch. From quoting, to plan and design to execution and professionalism. They were able to take our vision of a kitchen and make it even better. Streamline Construction remodeled our tired and outdated master bathroom. Jason and the Streamline tradespeople were always professional and skillfully executed the construction work. They adhered to the construction timeline and addressed all questions or concerns immediately. Designer Olga Dean, provided guidance through each design selection and decision we made. Working with Jason, Junior, and the whole team at Streamline Construction has been the most incredibly rewarding experience. We purchased our San Clemente home back in January of 2020 and we were extremely excited to start the remodel process. Immediately upon closing, we met with a few contractors who were all recommended to us. The moment we met Jason and his team we hired them on the spot. Due to the size of the house and scope of work, we planned to complete the project by summer. Three weeks in, COVID had the world immobilized. The entire team at Streamline never panicked and, instead, prioritized locating as much building material as possible knowing there would be a production shortage. They were absolutely correct in their assessment and, despite potential COVID setbacks, were able to keep the project on the original timeline which was unheard of. As summer drew closer and I started to see the incredible quality of work, I decided to add many more items to the wish list. We decided to move in towards the middle of July and had more than 15+ people coming in and out of our home daily. I have 4 small children and every single team member could not have been more professional, kind, and considerate of my kids running around. Some last minute add ons were a new front door, family room built in shelves and cabinetry, and a custom kitchen table to match our new breakfast nook. They were literally able to do everything I dreamed of, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
