We had a great experience building our custom home with Sundance Homes! The entire team was exceptional to work with and very responsive to all our questions and needs. Being first-time home builders, they made the process very easy, efficient, and enjoyable for us! They are a truly custom home builder, as they helped us design and choose every detail, and with their expertise, create our dream home! We were very happy with the build process, as everything remained on time and the quality is second to none. We love our house and are so happy that we built with Sundance Homes!

We had a great experience building our custom modern/contemporary home with Sundance and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom. Kevin was amazing at helping us create a unique custom floorplan based on our must have list while keeping us under budget. Nicole was a great resource for all questions financial and a go to for help with vendors. Sundance had a great selection for vendors and we were able to visit multiple and make selections based on our wants and budget. We had a blast working with Drake- he was always willing to meet us on site to answer an questions we had as well as provide us with some design ideas himself. The floor plan design and permits took longer than we expected but once we broke ground, Sundance stuck to the timeline and we were all moved in by the 6 month timeframe (even with a rainy fall). We were impressed with the quality and craftsmanship throughout the house and have received numerous compliments from friends, family members, neighbors, and delivery drivers. Sundance Homes provided us with the truly custom home experience we were looking for. We interviewed a number of builders before selecting Sundance Homes and they were all trying to tailor one of their existing home plans to meet our wants and needs (they wanted to customize one of their plans, not start from scratch). Kevin and Nicole sat us down and we came up with a one of a kind home that fit our taste and lifestyle as well as fit with the aesthetics of an established neighborhood with 100 years old homes.
