Needed carpet fast for new construction. Went to Superb Showroom and EVERYTHING about this company totally lived up to their name. From the showroom, the field supervisor, the owner and installers - it truly was superb! The carpet is beautiful and I HIGHLY recommend this company for flooring. I will definitely use them again.

During our basement renovation/remodel to add a wet bar, we made a decision to replace all of our Pergo flooring in the basement area. We met with Bill from Superb and he suggested that we use Vinyl Plank flooring. The flooring is SPECTACULAR! It truly is an easy care floor and with 4 pets (2 Pugs and 2 Maine Coons who all shed quite a bit!) the clean up is amazing! The professionalism from the start to the finish line was utmost, the install was spot on, and the product itself is beautiful, yet durable. Thank you Superb for a job "Superbly" done. We couldn't be happier!

I would recommend Superb Flooring & Design to anyone looking to replace flooring. The project manager (Justin) was amazing from beginning to end. He assisted us in selecting our hardwood, leveling out some floor joists, arranging the installation and staining the floor vents to match the hardwood. We found Justin to be very professional, extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The installers were in and out of our home in a short period time. Lisa was so helpful with advice and support and the installers were friendly and very careful in my home during the installation Lisa and her crew made sure to fulfill my wishes on how the flooring met the new contemporary metal fireplace hearth that had just been installed. I can't say enough wonderful things about Superb Flooring! Everyone is so great to work with and do a wonderful job. They supplied the carpet for the new addition to our house and we are very pleased with the quality and install. We needed a hardwood specialist to blend a couple entrance ways, and their specialist did an amazing job! We lost our basement in the flood last August, and I asked Lonnie if he had any spare carpet remnants to throw down in the mean time, and he was happy to supply us with them. Now that we are refinishing our basement again, we are working with Bill and he is was extremely accommodating and helpful with picking out the carpet for this. Thank you to Superb Flooring for be so fantastic in so many ways and I will always be recommending and referring friends to Superb!

Last summer our basement was ruined by a flood. We weren't able to redo our basement until last month and we hired Superb Flooring and Design for carpet and vinyl planking. From the moment I walked into their showroom I was happy with this company. I worked with two-different sales people as well as Lonnee (the owner) and everyone was respectful and easy to work with. They had a lot of different options for what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into things I didn't need. I shopped around for prices and gave me the best deal out of the 3-other flooring places I went to (including Lowes). I would highly recommend. I have a recommended them to some of my friends and everyone has been extremely happy!!

Lonnie and everyone at Superb was amazing throughout the entire project! During the week of our 1 year anniversary in our new home, our finished basement suffered water damage and unfortunately did quite a lot of damage. My wife and I were very upset by this loss but thankfully Superb Flooring & Design was able to step in and help us! Superb offered a wide variety of options for us to choose from and they were very helpful in selecting the proper padding and carpet for our basement. The installers were very nice, professional, clean, and caring; they were very respectful to us and our home! (Something to be said for that!)
