Supreme Green Landscaping

After being let down by 2 other landscapers who kept putting off the job and being non-responsive I had to take immediate action, as I had moved into the house in Mt. Waverley after completing a KDR (Knock Down Rebuild), and uneven, boggy, dirt patches all around my house. Accessing it was a nightmare, not to mention having 2 dogs as well. I started trawling the web for reputable landscapers in the South Eastern suburbs and came across Supreme Green Landscaping. Their reviews were 2nd to none which gave me confidence in their work. I called the listed number and managed to arrange a site inspection within 48 hours. As with most tradies, I was apprehensive about this appointment being kept or them turning up at the scheduled time. True to their word, they turned up not only on-time but 5 minutes earlier and we spent close to 1 1/2 hours going through the site and me expressing the ideas that I already had in mind. This is where their professionalism and experience kicked in, as they began to ellaborate on what I could also consider and how some of my pre-conceived ideas would not meet certain council requirements so we would need to make some adjustments, which the 2 previous landscapers had overseen. We landscaped the whole site, including front rendered fence, front entry steps to the porch, exposed aggregate driveway, water feature, retaining walls (concrete), merbau decking, full BBQ unit, fences (including paint), high grade turf grass, an abundance of mature plants including magnolias, roses, japanese maples and bamboo. However what put the icing on the cake was the recommendation and addition of a pizza oven to compliment the entertaining area, which has already got much use in the little time that it's been there! Within 48 hours of this meeting I was given a colour 2D site-plan (you can choose 3D if you wish) & quotation. I the speed, organisation and professionalism of Supreme Green is something rarely seen in the building industry. After several more discussions and alterations, the job commenced where a window of time was provided and clear steps on what would occur in each stage. True to their word, they managed to start when they said they would and even though we have had a very very wet winter which delayed certain aspects slightly, we finished on time. The team at Supreme Green are very pleasant and thorough and nothing is too hard or off limits for them which is what I like. They are perfectionists and professionals which is so important in this field. I will genuinely miss them, but look forward to engaging them in the future and recommending them to who I can, so others can share the seamless experience that I did.

The landscaping work by Supreme Green Landscaping has just been completed. I highly recommend it to everyone due to following reasons: 1. I'm a newcomer and have little knowledge about landscaping and gardening. Paul and other staff of it offered a bunch of suggestion throughout various phases of the work. They are so ready to help and patient. 2. The design is always open for discussion. They will give opinions based on their experience but are always listening to me and ready for adjustment. 3. They are good at their work and have a good relationship with related organisations. I once had an issue with the City Council and didn't know what to do. Paul gave me very specific advice and simply helped me out. 4. Paul is such a perfectionist. When he did the handover with me, he found some tiny defects that I had not noticed. I didn't care much while he insisted on fixing them.

Paul at Supreme Green was recommended by our builder. We had a difficult sloping site that we needed to finish in 6 weeks prior to putting the house up for sale. Paul and his team were exceptional to deal with from start to finish. From the first meeting to the final product his communication was spot on. The design process along with the youtube video was an added feature that I had not seen from landscapers before. His final product was identical to what was shown prior to us starting. We engaged Supreme Green for our new home landscaping. It took a while for the entire project to complete due the condition of the weather, but it’s worth for the wait. We appreciate the work they put on it and we are very happy with the end result. 5 stars aren't enough! Paul and his team went above and beyond to design and develop the perfect garden for our home. Everything from fencing/driveways/planting/paving/lighting/irrigation exceeded our expectations. Paul was able to take our requirements and transform them into the perfect garden for our family. The landscaping compliments our house and lifestyle. The team were great at giving extra touches along the way (they even installed our clothes line at a suitable height for me to reach!) . Our garden was completed within the agreed timeframes and we just love it! We could not be happier with Supreme Green Landscaping!

We recently built a new house and invited Paul back to work on completing the site with landscaping, fence and driveway. Paul and his team from Supreme Green have just completed a landscape of our backyard. Paul took the time to really think outside of the square when it came to overcoming a problem with accessing our backyard with the machinery required (the side gate being too small). In the end, Paul suggested requesting permission to access our yard via our neighbour's, which involved taking down sections of fence and transplanting rose bushes. They were extremely conscientious about returning the fence and our neighbour's garden to its previous state (actually, better than its previous state), and even gave our neighbour a box of chocolates. Paul and his team were so easy to work with, always kept us updated about where things were at, answered our million questions with great patience, and created a beautiful backyard for us that the family just love. We're so glad we went with Supreme Green and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
