Poor quality would find out after 17 years. Stated as energy saving home and Third party checking for energy safe certification. But HVAC system had neglected one room without duct connecting vent. Only you would find out after you tried to replace new HVAC unit. Stated as using quality wood but you would get crack wood and roof would have sacking. My advise was Todd Sweaney ( He was OK ) but be careful with his team. I can support my claim with picture if you want

It was Sweaney Custom Home's design of homes that first attracted my wife and I to interview Todd Sweaney as a potential builder for our new home. After the interview, we knew Sweaney Custom Homes was the builder/contractor for our new home. Todd and his wife Dana are very organized and have the guidelines and time table for the homeowner to follow in making the decisions during construction of the home. The communications from Todd and Dana to my wife and I were timely, professional, and second to none. Quality of construction is excellent and Todd's architecture design expertise allowed us to make several changes to his original plan, including a several custom ideas. We highly recommend Sweaney Custom Homes.

After having built and lived in several custom homes over the last 55 years we decided to do one more custom home project. This would be the last one and thus very important to us. We had a clear vision of what we hoped to achieve in creating a modest size Italian Villa style with updated features yet truly be one of a kind. We put our vision was put to paper with floor plan sketches and detailed lists of our ideas depicting our vision. Then it was time to search for the right builder for us to make this vision come to life. Our city has several excellent custom home builders. After a careful review of examples of completed projects, model homes and other research we were able to make our choice of Sweaney Custom Homes, Inc. Todd & Dana Sweaney took our sketches and lists depicting our vision for this project plus many hours of discussions to clarify the vision and produced a detailed design. The process was so clean and simple. Sweaney Custom Homes provided a one stop shop. They produced the detailed design, procurement and construction. The attention to the finest and or smallest of details was impressive. The project flow and timing of each phase was well managed. The usual seemingly endless selection process for colors, stone, flooring, hardware and fine finishes etc. was smooth and the easiest we have ever experienced. The professionals they bring to this process ensure the finished results meets expectations. We can say without reservation that Sweaney Custom Homes, Inc. Todd & Dana Sweaney are the best we have ever worked with. We sincerely recommend them to anyone that is seriously interested in a custom home that is set apart from the crowd. Kommentiert: Question about the balconies...The decks have area drains/floor drains. The roof is vented with dormer vents on the roof and continuous eave vents in the patio ceilings. I hope that helps.
