My company worked through Stoltzfus as a sub contractor and was never paid. They were paid for my work and used our money to finance their company. Very unethical. Sylvan lied to me for months about sending money for the work and never did.

I personally know Sylvan and would recommend his company to build your project. The workmanship is second to none! The talent his employees have is incredible.

I had purchased 50 acres of abandoned farmland with a barn which was idle for nearly 14 years. The barn was in bad shape and needed major repairs. After contacting two other contractors who refused to travel to our location in northeastern PA, Sylvan Stoltzfus took on our barn reclamation project. The barn, which was constructed in 1887, was disassembled, repaired and remodeled using the original and new timbers in a professional and workmanlike manner. It was like witnessing a piece of history recreated in real time. The Stoltzfus team did such a beautiful job on our barn we decorated it for and had our daughter's wedding reception in and around the barn, thanks to Sylvan!

Sylvan, Mike and I would like to thank you for the GREAT job done in finishing a portion of our basement and making us a very nice, very functional, FAMILY ROOM! Mike and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished room but also in the timely manner it was finished!! The doors you installed for us, built by David Stolzfus, an artisan in his trade, went above and beyond our expectations!! We have received so many compliments on them!! Your workers were efficient and ALWAYS, cleaned up after they were finished!! So pleased with our beautiful Family Room and so tremendously please with "SYLVAN STOLTZFUL, BUILDERS"!! Again, thank you!! We will not hesitate to recommend you to others and we would definitely use your services again!
