Tabor Group Landscape

I've had the pleasure of photographing several of Tabor's projects along with Jory & Jeff. They are meticulously organized and have an eye for the small details that make all the difference! Communication is equally important and their strengths here and willingness to go the extra mile prove their dedication to an awesome client experience! The original front yard landscaping was still in place from 1997 and it was time for an update. From start to finish, Jeff listened to what we wanted, as well as providing wonderful ideas for shrubs and plants. We also had a maple tree that really had taken over the front yard and blocked much of the view of the front of the house. Tabor suggested that while they usually like to preserve trees as much as possible, this one was beginning to cause problems with its extensive root system. The tree was removed very carefully and replaced with a beautiful berm full of perennials, as well as a flowering crab that added needed height and dimension. Our cement sidewalk and front step was expanded and updated with beautiful pavers. Tabor provides such wonderful customer service and follow up and is always willing to work with you to answer questions or make any necessary tweaks. We've used them for two projects now and cannot recommend them more.

Jeff and his team were great to partner with - very easy to work with, brought their expertise to the planning and delivery, accountable, and were always prepared for meetings and site visits. We love our end product which was a multi-year, phased backyard project. We would highly recommend Tabor for their experience, service, and overall end product. Our yard is the perfect oasis we dreamed of.

Once our Lower Level renovation was complete, which included an egress window in the front of our home, we needed a new integrated landscape to minimize the new window and refresh the exterior of our home. We contacted Jeff Gaffney of the Tabor Group who designed a beautiful new landscape plan for our entire property. We discussed the issues we had with ground and surface water that continually flowed into our basement sump pump. His plan integrated our downspouts into a drain tile system that directed the water away from our home and also included regrading around the house. It has made a world of difference to our peace of mind and safety of our home. He also coordinated the modification to our irrigation system and then the re-sodding of our front yard that was damaged due to the house construction project. As for the process of the project -- with input from us on our favorite shrubs and flowers, Jeff brought his creative talents to create a design that minimized that egress window and delights us year round with our yard's beauty. Tabor Group was very responsive with any tweaks that we needed done and completed the work promptly. Our project is almost 6 years old and it has matured well and is not difficult to maintain. We heartily endorse Tabor Group Landscape and it's staff!

Jeff was always prompt and stayed on his timeline for the project. He was upfront about cost and stayed on budget. His team was amazing and professional. The quality of his work just shines through each season! So grateful I was referred to him!!!

I've had the opportunity to photograph numerous projects for Tabor Landscape. Jeff Gaffney is nothing short of a genius and visionary. I've shot many projects where my first impression was, "How did he come up with that?" He seems to be able to pull a remarkable vision of a project out of his hat. Although some elements of his designs are seen in multiple projects because they work so well, most of his work appears to be uniquely crafted for each project.

We have worked with Tabor Group Landscape for a few years and have always been very pleased with their work. They are great to work with: responsive, knowledgeable, and resourceful. They re-landscaped our front yard, with a stone patio, landscaping, sod, irrigation system, etc. We have had so many compliments on our front yard! Neighbors we have never met, approach us to tell us how beautiful it is - we will work with Tabor again!

Tabor Group did landscaping as an element of an overall outdoor project by MA Peterson design build. Their design was exactly what we were looking for. They completed the project on time and right on budget. Their follow-up to ensure we were completely satisfied was greatly appreciated. Working with them was seamless and an absolute pleasure. I would definitely go back to Tabor for any additional work.
