T Brothers Tile LLC

We hired T Brother Tile to install ceramic tile in our four bedrooms, so the entire house has consistent flooring throughout. We purchased the tile ourselves and T Brothers Tile installed the tile with stain-proof, single component grout, since we have two dogs. Our family chooses to give T Brother Tile the highest possible rating in every category. Form start to finish and follow-up, this company is amazing. T Brothers Tile was able to accommodate our work schedules, so we could resume our lives and have everything installed in three days and everything was moved back into the four bedrooms before we started work again. Bill, the company's owner is super professional, he gave us a fair estimate and the communication was excellent. Bill followed up to be sure the crew arrived on time and he sent a supervisor out to inspect and monitor progress. Our lives were minimally disrupted, even though all four bedrooms of furniture were in the common living areas at one point. We were able to sleep in one the four bedrooms the first night and we were able to move back into the Master Bedroom the next day! Roberto, the lead installer and his colleague Sal were both amazing in terms of professionalism, communication, accommodating our lives and schedules so we were minimally disrupted, they removed and hauled away all of the carpet, did an amazing job on the final result (beautifully installed tile and grout, which match the entire house). And, single component grout is not the easiest to work with. They moved all of the furniture out and back into the four bedrooms and left the job site immaculate at the end of the job. Danny, the supervisor, and Roberto assured me that we can give them a call if we need anything later on. Danny even offered to come back after a week or so if the dogs poop and pee on the new grout, since it truly takes five days to fully cure. He offered this, even though it was our family's choice to have the job done as quickly as possible. Thanks, so much, T Brothers Tile, for making our home better and so beautiful and we will choose to do business with you again, if ever a tile cracks, or if we move again and need an entire house of ceramic tile installed. And, we will refer you to as many people as we can.

Owner, project mgr and workers were attentive to my communications. They had practical suggestions and were willing to discuss my preferences and ideas. I am extremely pleased with the the finished product.

T.Brothers prepped out subfloors and installed our wood floors in our house. They worked clean and were on tile every day. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have floors installed.

T Brothers overcharged me, did not complete the project and refuses to. They did not pay for the tile they ordered and caused a lien to be filed to foreclose on my home. Several tile contractors have looked at the incomplete work and have no clue what materials T Brothers used. I paid them over $30,000.

When remodeling our master bath, our plans were pretty low key. With T Brothers Tile we were able to use the same price point and create a welcome retreat! The workers who installed the tile were efficient and easy to work with. The work was completed in a timely manner. The results were fabulous and we enjoy them to this day. We'll turn to T Brothers Tile for all our future tile, flooring and countertop needs.

This is the second time we have used T Brothers Tile. The first time was 2 years ago when we hired them to replace the kitchen countertops and lay hardwood floors in our guest house.Everything came out beautifully! This time we had them come out and retile the shower in our guest house bathroom. Again, we received excellent work. The crew showed up when they were scheduled. The craftsmanship was superior. They took their time and made sure every piece of tile was properly laid out and secured. Clean up was done completely, as if they had never been there. I highly recommend T Brothers Tile. They provide excellent service, quality products and reasonable prices.

This is a great tile company to work with. I have used them to remodel 2 bathrooms and to install new counter tops in the kitchen. They had the most competitive prices and the workers knew what they are doing. They show up on time and I highly recommend this company.
