Tellus Design + Build

We just completed a renovation project with Tellus and, it's hard to know where to begin except to say that Telllus is an amazing firm because they are such dedicated professionals and a delight to work with. Our 1994 beach home needed a serious update requiring a near gutting of the first floor and an update of the second floor. All the Tellus professionals - from our designer Stephanie to every single Tellus worker and sub was so impressive and a pleasure to have on site. Stephanie is such a talented designer beginning with an incredible ability to listen to the client's wants and need and translate that into a plan. VP of Construction, Brett, and Foreman lead, Armando were so dedicated and helpful. And their workers were A+. They happen to have an electrician who gets an A+++ for ingenuity and persistence! I'll let the photos tell most of the tale, but I also want to compliment their subs. The cabinet shop owner went way out of his way to get me details and finishes that required special orders. His cabinet finishers were amazing. And the counter top installers and flooring people were equally excellent. I feel blessed to have found Tellus. We will enjoy our beautiful beach home for many years to come!

I came to Tellus with a tight timeline to get a new location built for my bakery. I heard they were good, but I soon found out that they were great. The Tellus team stepped up and made it happen. They provided design ideas, sketches, and material swatches. As soon as things were final, they promptly had plans submitted to the city and health department. They handled all changes promptly and kept the ball moving. Once in construction, they helped the contractors with any issues right away to avoid delays. They communicated with me every step of the way. I can’t thank the Tellus team enough for their hard work and talent.

Stephanie decorated our entire house when we moved in 3 years ago. She is very friendly and helpful in helping us in decorating our home. She pays attention to every detail and tries to incorporate our decoration ideas where it fits. We always get compliments of our house when people walk-in, they say it looks like an open house. My husband and I highly recommend Stephanie and will definitely ask her to help decorate again if we move to another home.

In my experience, I have worked for many different types of design firms and I really appreciate how Tellus has combined all aspects of the process into one firm. Working at Tellus, I, as a designer, have ample resources to rely on during the design process in order to ensure that my designs are feasible and/or in budget. This makes for a very fluid process.

The Tellus Design team designed our dream kitchen, and we could not be happier with their work! With very little guidance, Matt, Nicole, and Ashley created a farm house design that blends the style preferences of myself and my husband, and created a design that is super functional, efficient, unique and above all, beautiful. They helped us stay within our budget, and were absolute professions throughout our entire project. We could not be more pleased with our experience!
