New York Textiles hung my drapes, which cost many thousands of dollars and their work was abysmal. They returned 3 TIMES and there are still multiple problems, - I have holes, anchors and damaged paint on my walls because they hung the drapes too low and had to come back and raise the rods. - I have two windows of the same size with a chest "centered" between the windows. One of the window's rod is 4 INCHES LONGER than the other!! - One of the black rods was not cut to the correct length, so there is a quarter of any inch of the silver inside showing. -One of the windows had a center support, and when they raised the ends of the rod, did not raise the middle support! - As far as the drapes, -one window has an extra ring with no corresponding drape to hook to. - three windows have drapes with an end hook but no ring to hook them to. Additionally, they left the walls with damage that THEY caused by incorrectly install the rods the first time. They left a mess every time they came - there is literally nothing positive I can say about this company. I do not want them back, but I do think anyone who may consider using them should be made aware of the quality of work.
