Rudy and Rafa replaced the windows in my house, and they did an amazing job. My family was able to instantly tell a difference. The aesthetics alone were worth it, but I no longer feel a temperature change while standing next to a window. It's fantastic. 10/10 highly recommend. Thanks!

My wife and I had all of the windows in our house replaced by Thermal Windows after the -25F degree winter we had. The original windows in our house allowed the cold to creep into every corner. Since we live close to a very busy street, the noise was very disturbing. We had put windows into another house from another vendor and was less than impressed by their installation. A college kid put those windows in and we had to call them back to reinstall our shutters and complete the installation. This time, two very professional and knowledgeable gentlemen showed up and did the installation the right way. I was so very impressed by their 32 year combined installation experience that I truly believe we have the very best replacement windows possible. You cannot feel any heat, any cold and the noise has been reduced at least 75% from what it was. So very worth it. I would highly recommend Thermal Windows. Professional, knowledgeable, and will do EXACTLY what they say.

Windows were installed by a third party, but Ihe Thermal 526C Horizontal Sliding Window with the Low E/Argon High Performance Glass Package with Warm Edge Spacer Bar manufactured by Thermal has gaps around the edge of the fixed window and transmits sound like the window is open. It replaced a window from the original construction in 1979 that was quieter and less drafty.

Unfortunately they do not provide Lifetime Warranty... Thermal Windows advertises Lifetime Warranty, but they will not follow thru and provide Warranty service.

During a recent cold spell we had ICE form on the inside of the windows. Not just a little frost but solid ICE. When I called Thermal Windows about this issue they replied that they have had several calls during this cold spell with the same issue. They proceeded to tell me this was normal, then listed all the things I could do to reduce the amount of ice on the windows. 1- Remove window coverings ( I do not have any) 2- Reduce the humidity in the house ( currently at 31%). 3- Place a fan at each window to circulate air. These windows were installed by them, on a new construction house a little over a year ago. FROM INSTALLATION TO CUSTOMER THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY IT WAS JUST A FEW YEARS AGO. CAN NOT RECOMMEND!

This company is no joke! They were very professional and kind. They were aware of our concerns and they put us at ease! The difference is night and day from what we had to what we now have! I contacted Thermal WIndows Inc. to quote replacing a broken picture window. They were able to find the original work order when I purchased the window in 1990. I found it impressive that they retained records dating back to 1990 and they took the time to find the records to ensure the replacement glass would match. I would continue to be impressed from the quoting to the window installation. I could not ask for a more professional and courteous group of people to do business with. The window looked great and I will contact them on any future window needs.

Was extremely pleased not only with the quality of the Windows and doors I purchased, but also the installation was superb. My house had old builder grade metal Windows that sweated and froze on the inside in the winter time. I was a little Leary about putting new metal frames in again but their Thermal barrier inside was supposed to fix that problem. I can tell you that in 18 years I have never had one drop of water or one speck of ice on these windows again. I even had a 4 foot snowdrift during the ice storm in 2010 on these windows and never had a one speck of ice or condensation on any of my 28 windows. I've now had my windows for 17 years could not be more pleased with my purchase and my energy bills went down by half. It's fine concerned this is the best one is made in America. I also purchased 4 fiberglass doors and two sets of storm doors from them... everything still hangs perfect, swings perfect and the installs were beautiful. GREAT COMPANY!!!!

we had windows installed in our condo. Sales rep was David Walker, very polite and professional. The window installers arrived on time and they also were very polite and professional. The job was done in a timely manner and perfect clean up at the end. Thermal Windows checked back to see we were satisfied. Going to have a patio door installed soon. Will highly recommend Thermal Windows.

Outstanding product and the best installation technique of any of the companies that we looked at. I was really concerned because we have an old house (1930s) and starting projects can lead down a rabbit hole. Thermal Windows did a great job of doing the work and making it look like it's always been there. The house is so much quieter and the energy bills are down every single month since we put installed the windows.
