We had a custom window and sliding door replacement done by UHE. The finished product was fantastic - exactly what we had planned. The process to get there could have been a bit smoother, with fewer hassles. This wasn't a simple replacement job, as they had to reconfigure the wall openings to accomodate different-sized windows and a much taller sliding door assembly. Before ordering the Marvin windows and door, I had to recheck their measurements and came across some issues with the numbers they were using. To their credit, they were open to my feedback and made the necessary corrections to get the look we were aiming for. The project took a while, but they pulled it off, largely thanks to their hard-working crews. They helped us bring in someone who was quite good to do the finish work and repaint the entire room. Overall, I would recommend these guys - they were honest and straightforward, and did good work.

Beware. They did our job incorrectly and refused to correct the damage that resulted from the improper install. We have regretfully spent over $120,000 with this company. Here is a timeline of events: - Two years ago United Home Experts replaced the siding on our house with a 5 year warranty (siding, trim, fascia, soffits, and gutters). - 3 months ago our roof starts leaking (unrelated to UHE). We reach out to a number of companies for emergency repair (UHE included) and ultimately decide to replace our roof with another company. - 1 month ago our roof gets replaced. During the job two of our gutters and fascia boards pull away from the house. One goes back up, no problem. The other causes damage to the soffit. See first image below. - Shorty after, a UHE representative comes to our house to assess the damage. We see in the second picture below that the screws and nails missed the fresh wood that is supposed to hold up the gutters and fascia. - We have now spoken to several representatives of the company and they are not willing to fully correct the damage that resulted from the improper install. They offered to cover 1/3 of their $2,194 quoted fix. They argue that the gutters should have been removed to do the roofing job.

You cannot go wrong with United Home Experts! Their service is top notch and very professional. We are thrilled with their work on our new front doors.

United replaced our roof this week. Things went exactly as promised. The crew worked hard in high heat and humidity. Ray, the crew chief, was sensitive to the fact that we're working from home. Everyone was very accomodating. Oh, and the roof looks great.

We had an old (huge!) bow window that needed to be replaced in our home. From start to finish we were very happy with the service provided by United Home Experts. We solicited several quotes from other companies and explained to each that we were looking for a creative solution that would be cost effective rather than replacing it with the same type of window. UHE was the only company that considered a lot of different options and the ramifications and limitations of installing such a large window. The price was reasonable. Before installation, I can honestly say that the communication was great - each time I would think I should check in, I would receive an email or call right before I was about to contact them. It's nice to have a company check in before you have to track them down. Installation itself was great. Clayton and Christiano were incredibly professional, thorough, and conscientious. I was shocked how quickly such a big job was complete, and impressed at how much of the time was spent making sure all of the details and finish work was completed. It truly looks like the window has always been there, despite the fact that our existing siding around the window is very old and brittle and they had to rearrange the siding in some areas that had previously been supports and trim for the bow.

United Home Experts went above and beyond to meet our needs. From creating the vision with Tim to install they were top notch. Ray, the project manager was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail was amazing and we felt like he truly cared about our project.

Ray, the project manager, and Leo, the foreman, and the team did a great job removing plywood boards and installing the roofing shingles. We love the look and color of slatestone gray. We are very happy with the outcome and the clean up was fantastic!

From start to finish UHE was a pleasure to work with. We began our journey by introducing ourselves to Nik Carlson while at a local home show. Nik was quick to reach out to us to provide a quote. We had received three other offers to do the work but settled on UHE because we were familiar with the provia product line. Nik assured us we made the right choice going with UHE and he was spot-on! The two installers showed up on time, were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone because they did a fantastic job! The lead installer's name is Clayton. He and his partner worked in all sorts of weather to get my job completed within a few days. It was no easy task because we had 20 windows installed. They ensured all the vinyl siding and shutters were removed and replaced without damaging them. I would also like to give a shout-out to Chris for being extremely easy to work with as the company construction Foreman for my project. I highly recommend UHE and look forward to working with them for a roof replacement in the near future. We are already finding that our home is much warmer now that the windows have been installed. Had a great previous experience with United doing two doors on my home and decided to have them do my roof. Courteous and honest sales associate Paul St. Martin returned for this project and extolled the virtues of the Corning roof materials used exclusively by United. With a very long warranty I knew I would not have to deal with this ever again. Once I agreed to move forward I was contacted by job foreman Ray Paulino who took care of material delivery, job scheduling and crew coordination when job was being done. I was amazed to have a new roof on my home and detached garage along with an impeccably cleaned yard in one day! I highly recommend United Home Experts for your home improvement needs...

UHE painted our house. Nick (the estimator) and Ray (the project manager) were both friendly and easy to work with. Project started on schedule and completed quickly. The crew did a great job, and we appreciated the time with the windows covered being kept to a minimum.

Make the sales person was very professional and explain this in a very professional way the process of the work!! We hired UHE to do some carpentry and a full paint job on our two-story home. From the start Scott made us feel really comfortable and confident with the work we needed. UHE was not our first quote and we were pretty concerned with how much work some other companies were trying to push on use. I wish we had more than 7 days to review the quote we received and that a timeline for the work was better communicated to us but once that happened things were very clear and efficient with our PM Ray. Ray's guys did an exceptional job, especially on the paint work. You can really tell they care about the work like it's their own home. They went above and beyond the scope of work and when we ran into some minor issues with an electrical wire, Ray's team was flexible and accommodating to help make it right. I would certainly recommend UHE to others in my area and will continue to work with the company for our home's needs.

The job involved a complicated hip roof with four dormers on a windy hill. I received three bids and United Home provided the most thorough description of work to be done with a competitive bid. Bad weather held the job off until early spring, but the crew arrived on the first of two good days and got it done very nicely. There were some details still to resolve and the foreman addressed them to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them!

A++++!! From start to finish, United was excellent!! It was daunting the work that needed to be done after an insurance claim, United helped me through the process. Both John Jr. and Mike D. answered all of my questions and explained things to me in easy to understand terms. Doug came out, inspected the issues and provided temporary patching to avoid any further damage until the work could be completed. Once the work started, Project Manager Eric was amazing! He was in constant communications, and his crews were timely and professional. They helped me every step of the way and completed the work without issues. Definitely recommend to anyone!!!

We recently had United do some carpentry repair work on the exterior of our house, and then a full house painting. The results are beautiful! It was easy to work with Erik. He was very responsive, (especially when we changed the scope of work twice on him!) Everyone was respectful, hard- working, and all work was finished on time. We are very happy with the quality of work and their prices were reasonable. A very professional job I should also mention we used United Home experts to replace our siding over 10 years ago. Their quality of work back then is why we chiee them now. Highly recommend this company!

We had our house sided with Everlast about 5 years ago and is still looks great. United Home Experts did a wonderful job installing it and the crew was great to work with. They cleaned up after each work day and didn’t leave a yard full of nails when they left. My husband is an engineer and very picky and he was also very happy with the whole project.

Not happy with the quality of work. Since residing we have had a pest company treat for squirrels as well as had them back to cut a hole for a dryer vent they buried. Holes where they shouldn't be and siding where there should be vents. We were not satisfied at the time of install and continue to have problems.

Unfortunately a large tree fell on my home. This company assessed the damage(a lot) dealt with the insurance adjuster,had special teams for each project with project manager(i.e.: roofers,siding,gutters,screening Etc). Each team cleaned up DAILY. The company kept me informed everyday as to what work was being done and name of manager. The manager made a point to introduce himself to me and walk me thru the day's work projects. When each phase or work was completed the manager again walked me thru what was completed and was I happy! Phenomenal company,I have recommended them many times and would definitely hire again if needed

United Home Experts completed a window replacement project on my home. They replaced 18 windows with the Marvin Integrity product. What a great company, it started when we met with their initial representative on a free estimate. Rather than focus on sales, he focused on what was important to us and what problems we were trying to solve. Equally important, he understood the product offerings and helped us navigate to pick the perfect product. The install was an equally impressive experience. This company treats you like family, not like another sale. My full recommendation to anyone looking for windows or siding, the United Home Experts are fantastic!!

The salesman was excellent an very thorough. The project manager was not good at communicating and I needed to proactively call the company to find updates on my project schedule. The work crew was terrific and worked very hard to complete 90% of the job in a day. However, there were some issues with the finishing touches that were unacceptable though they repaired them after some exhausting and stressful conversations with the PM.

Has house resided with Everlast. Wonderful product and great company to work with. Am very happy with the results even months later am still amazed at the job they did.

United Homes was incredible to work with. They replaced a botched gutter job and went out of their way to fit our project in before the weather got bad. It turned out we had some unknown and challenging obstacles to address and they handled them like pros. The salesman we worked with was Mike and I recommend asking for him personally. They were so friendly, helpful, collaborative and extremely responsive to all of our questions, plus they did a phenomenal job. I will be calling them back to do some other jobs for us soon. If you have any gutter, painting, window, roofing, siding work to be done they are the ones to call.
