We had a window replaced. The window leaked. I was told that it was not the window. I had to pay for 2 professionals to come down and tell them it was the window. It took a year and a half to be replaced. We replaced the carpets and had the room painted. We were told that they would come down and help fix the wall. As of now it has not been done. Now no one returns my messages or texts.

Signed a contract a month ago--no work has been done--no communication--when I called a fourth time to find out when it was going to be done--they said their was miscommunication and that they were cancelling contract and picking up materials that had been delivered almost two weeks ago. Could have had the work done two weeks ago if they would have communicated. Stay away!

in the last week Unbelievably terrible communication and customer service. It's been over a month since they started my job, little To no communication and when I have had it it's been all falsehoods, product sitting in my driveway exposed to the elements and now I have rats in my atttic due to the exposed soffits and the cold. The complete lack of professionalism from this company is mind-boggling. To date, I was told the job would be completed by yesterday. No one has been to my house or on the job OR called me. Will be reporting in all areas , and on all sites, as having a family in the construction business, we could never leave jobs like his undone. Unacceptable.

My project entailed a couple 6' sliding doors. The sales consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed multiple scenarios and was given different price options. To complete the look for my patio I ended up having two windows along with the doors installed. One of our biggest concerns of the actual construction was the cleanliness and dust. They used plastic covers on my furniture and kept the debris to a minimum. I have already recommended my neighbors and my friend Phil loved his job as well. Last but not least my criteria in choosing a company was good prices and quality work. They delivered fully. Thanks to Jack and the entire Window Depot staff.
