Adam and Gaspar did a beautiful job renovating my historic home in Charlotte. We did a complete restoration and they had a great eye for detail and making my home really shine. They were also quick to correct mistakes by subcontractors and make sure that the quality of work was excellent.

My wife and I bought our first home in 2016. Since the upswing in the market we gained some equity in our home. We decided to add on to our house and in the process of finding a construction company, we came across ThreeTree. Adam was the first who met with us and he was smart, and very knowledgeable and creative with our design. He didn’t ask for any money for the estimate which I appreciated and got our costs back to us relatively quickly. We were under contract with them in 2 weeks and they did a great job. We got our new closet, master bedroom & master bathroom that we have always wanted. Top notch company. Thanks ThreeTree!

Finished a bathroom remodel for my family back in October 2018. My wife changed her mind on decorative tiling styles 4 times, but ThreeTree was super understanding and cooperative. Very professional and made us feel like we could give feedback about anything. In the end my wife and I saved almost $450 compared to quotes from other contractors for the same job.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE!! (I have ALL Facts and proof to back every claim I make here). This was the worst rehab experience I've ever had and I've been investing for years now. This project is over $150K total in rehabs. Project contract signed Dec 2017, the project is still not complete as of November 13, 2018; and still getting excuses and unacceptable delays and don't believe the false promises by them. I've tried to work with me, provide some coaching, and preserve with them, but no more. My lesson learned with 3 Tree is should've fired them 5 months ago, that's on me; live & learn listening to their false promises. They poorly under estimated the true effort of work and project complexity: (ex: No budget for door hardware; inspection blocker: ventilation fan not installed in bathroom-I've emailed them issue 5 times; no results; gas stove no gas line was installed during roughing or even now; I've had to purchase over $8K in material and over $5K in outsourced services out of pocket, because they have failed to deliver.) Long story short, please feel free to seek me out and I can give the full details, but PLEASE don't waste your time or money with them, don't make my mistakes!!
