Tiles and Baths Direct is a very professional supplier of everything needed for a guest toilet and basin to a massive, magnificent bathroom in a mansion and all of the possibilities in between! Their showroom is really worth a visit during the planning stage and then a talk with Stephen Carr to firm up. Stephen has done many projects with us - both large and small bathrooms as well as multiple baths in one house making each look and feel individual. He knows his stock and all of its variations as well as other non-stock items - both UK and foreign manufacture. Also, Stephen does not take the view that his job is finished when the lorry leaves the yard. He has sorted difficulties for us during construction and after and on occasions has called in just to see how the project was going. For my wife and myself, Tiles and Baths Direct and the personal attention of Stephen Carr are a winning combination. (He also has a great sense of humour!)

You offered me and my wife great design choices with few options and it was such a pleasure to work with. Your good taste and the fact that you are highly skilled trained Architect helped and inspired us to make the best offered choice! Our expectations were not only meet but exceeded! This process was so easy, exciting and professiona! I am proud to share our awesome experience with Bobbie that made our dreams happen for us. Highly recommend! We worked with Eli and Daniel at Tiles and Baths on a large house refurbishment for which they supplied both the kitchen and the bathrooms throughout. Their service was very professional and their product choice for baths, kitchens and tiles was very good and wide ranging. They were extremely helpful when we worked together on the design of each room. The final result was stunning. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

T &B have the most comprehensive display of bathroom products and tiles. We always visit them as our 1st-port-of-call. We have used them in the past but found them to be a little too high end. However, this time round we met Ella! She was very welcoming and took time to understand our requirements. She was then able to recommend products to us based on our requirements and budget. Her product knowledge is fantastic. She really does get involved in the design and project and treats it like her own. She goes the extra mile and nothing seems to be too much for her. She kept us updated and all times and was always on point if we needed her. We purchased kitchen and bathroom tiles. We had some issues with the tiles which she quickly investigated and was able to come up with a solution which kept all parties happy - other senior managers did not step up!. She will not force you to buy something which you are not happy with. She is honest and up front which is rare with sales people. When she could not price match on some items she did not waste time trying to sell us other brands. I would strongly recommend using T&B and would say go to no-one but Ella! She really made the difference for us and is a credit to T&B.

A true professional, with excellent product knowledge, a great vision, and goes that extra mile to make you feel relaxed and confident from start to finish. Stephen personifies all the qualities that you would want in your Salesman and is the reason I feel confident when dealing and liaising with Tiles & Bath. Approachable, knowledgeable designers. Absolutely best advice. Spent a considerable amount of time learning about our needs and how we would use the space. Kitchen and bathrooms, floor files delivered on time and within budget. Would highly recommend.
