Timberland Homes (Gino Piccioni) build a very nice house for us in 2005…11 years ago in Lasalle,Ont. We lived in it comfortably for that eleven years. It was well designed, well built and aged well. In August 2016, after more than a year of looking at possible alternatives, we bought a new home from him. A townhouse in his Forest Trail development in Lasalle, Ontario. A smaller place, but not so small, with minimal maintenance demands as we are now a bit older. Again, he has everything right for us. We have only been in the new place for six weeks but feel at home, secure and impressed with the quality of design and the specifications he monitored as it was built. We visited frequently during the build and saw it happen. It is what we hoped it would be.

Building with Timberland was a wonderful experience for us. We had never built before, and Gino sat down with us numerous times to assess our needs and plan the home/floor plan that would suit our family. All the trades were very professional to deal with, and very open to regular communication with us. All workmanship is of the highest quality. Our home closed on time, and was completely finished. We could not have chosen a better builder, and would highly recommend Timberland to anyone considering building in the Windsor Essex area.

Right from the very beginning Gino was open to our different ideas even if he may not have agreed at first. He respected our wishes and gave his points of view. My husband and I are presently living in our second Timberland built home at Forest Trail where the homes and properties are unique to the greater Windsor area. We chose Timberland Homes and Gino Piccione for our first home based mainly on Gino's sterling reputation as a quality builder. To our delight we learned that the reputation was well deserved! Our experiences with Gino along with his excellent staff have brought us to Forest Trail and we now fully understand the saying "This is the Life!!
