The design was perfect for the lot and our lifestyle; we continue to get compliments from total strangers boating or biking by. The quality of the construction and finishes are top notch. We are so pleased with the quality of the 1100 SF second story art studio addition completed by Nutter Custom Construction this fall. The house looks beautiful from the exterior and the new interior staircase blends in beautifully with the first floor. The co-construct website was very helpful to us in viewing photos and the schedule during the construction time when we lived out of state. Friends and family are also very impressed with how nicely the addition flows with the rest of our home. We recommend Nutter for remodeling and suggest potential clients treat themselves to a tour of Nutter’s beautiful new construction along the Sarasota area Gulf Coast for inspiration, since these gorgeous homes are also built with top notch quality!

T.J. Nutter will tell you that your house will have the same type finishes expected in Lake Club in order to get your business. Then he will cut corners often allowing you only the lowest level possible so that you have to continually upgrade in order to have a nice house. Every upgrade is extremely over priced. Therefore, you end up spending way more than you thought you would. He even charged us for somethings that were included in the contract at the original price, and he didn't give us credit for items we didn't get. We are not the only ones who hated dealing with him and felt cheated. I have two neighbors who had the same bad experiences.

It is most unfortunate but sometimes certain clients just cannot find happiness in the service you perform for them or within themselves. Our company delivered this client an outstanding home for an outstanding price. After several attempts to decline this project on good faith we decided to move forward, their reputation preceded them from their previous hometown but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. As
it turns out this client just could not afford the home they wanted and expected to get it for free. It simply does not work that way Mrs. Buchanan enjoy your beautiful home and the several hundred thousand dollars of equity you have in it.

TJ and his team did an excellent job with our home, and provided superior customer service. I couldn't say enough good things about our project manager David. He was extremely thorough, nice, and easy to work with. He was always available when we needed him, and always met our needs. We're so pleased with the finished product, the high end craftsmanship, and since we've moved in, we've had nothing but exceptional comments from Family and Friends. The build process extended beyond a year, but it was well worth it, and this is truly a dream home for our family. Thanks again TJ, Deb, David, Horst, Jill, Melissa, and the rest of the Nutter team.
