What an absolute pleasure to work with. Keisha was fantastic, helping us find the carpet we wanted and scheduling the work. Ron was great when he came out to measure for the project. And such a huge thanks and much appreciation to Jose and his entire crew in making the whole installation easy and stress free. The entire team was professional and I could not recommend them more!

These folks are the best. I had a large (1300 sq ft) area that I wanted done in wood or wood look. It involved removing 2 types of tile, carpet, and old scratched engineered hardwood, as well as leveling an area and prepping the floor. We bravely decided on luxury vinyl planks because of the comfort and durability, and a month later we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend these flooring experts!!

My wife and I recently moved to Las Vegas where there is a flooring store on just about every corner.After going to Home Depot and many other stores,we were referred to Expert Flooring Solutions and we were not disappointed.We needed carpet for our master bedroom,stairway and hallway. Throughout the selection and installation process we received knowledgeable,personal, expert service at a great price. The carpet looks great and Tom,the owner,actually came over to inspect the work.He says he has always done that. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

I had recently replaced an old carpet with Tom and with this daunting task of selecting the right contractor and choosing the right material, Tom made it an easy for me. He was on top his game and unlike most salesman, he came off genuine and friendly, I have shopped around but his is the best price. Being from CA and owning a rental in Las Vegas, he executed everything for me. He made arrangements with my tenant and my property manager on my behalf. Today, I have a newly installed carpet and couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend this gentleman and his crew.

We needed to carpet a condo with very short notice and Tom was there to answer our needs. Tom is a true gentleman and man of his word. They arrived on time and worked not only fast but like true professionals. The floors look beautiful. The install team was very pleasant. Not that I require being called Sir at all, but it was nice to deal with such decency and respect. I will only use this company from this point on. We had tile flooring installed in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms, and carpeting in the bedrooms 9/2014. (I'm embarrassed that I'm just writing this now...) Tom and Sean started the process, when I met them at the store, and Juan installed the tile. The process took most the week from demo to install but they were done on schedule. We absolutely love our flooring! We would recommend Expert Flooring anytime. They are professional and know their stuff!. It was a pleasure throughout the process.

I cant say enough good things. There were extremely helpful on the phone. Their pricing was within range of everyone else. They were prompt for all appointments. On the jobsite they were friendly, neat and personable. I wish all the 'contractor' I have dealt with were like Expert Flooring.

WOW. If you want flooring done right and want the best customer service experience you want Tom and his team to sell and install your flooring needs. Tom is a great owner that really cares about you getting the job done right. Shawn is the manager that has years of experience and can help with all product selection and measuring needs. And to top it off Jeff and his team of installers are the BEST i have ever experienced . They treat your home as if it was their own and do a super great job. On a scale of 1-10 the team at Expert Flooring rates an 11 with me. Could not be more pleased.

we had them put laminate in our condo and not only were they the nicest people but they did an excellent job! They did the job within agreed upon period.

We contacted Expert Flooring Solutions to inquire about removing our builder-grade tile and carpet (approx. 900 sq. ft.) for more durable/attractive tile throughout the main living areas and bathrooms, as well as wood in the bedroom/closet (300 sq. ft). For the first phase (tile), Shawn explained the process for choosing the tile and came out within a day to check out the areas and discuss the actual installation timeline. We chose our tile (thank you Emser Tile!), Shawn got back to us with the final bid, and we arranged an installation date. The entire tile job took a week and, yes, there is dust everywhere!! Unfortunately, that’s the reality of removing old tile and installing new (Shawn warned us, and we packed whatever we could before the installation). Earl and Stuart (Expert Flooring installers) arrived promptly the first day and got to work immediately removing the old tile/carpet and prepping the floor. They were careful with our furniture, and cleaned up wherever possible. This team worked tirelessly the entire week and were ALWAYS friendly, informative and completely dependable. For the 2nd phase (wood), John, Matt, Chris and Nathan showed up on time and completed the job in a day. Again, they were respectful of our belongings and installed beautiful hardwood floors with a cheerful, accommodating, professional attitude – nothing is ever a problem and it seems they can do just about anything! The team at Expert Flooring has many many years of experience and brings true craftsmanship to the job – they are all artisans, and clearly enjoy what they do and take pride in their craft. The end result: absolutely stunning floors for a fair price! Expert Flooring is a pleasure to deal with – they truly understand the meaning of ‘customer service’ and expert craftsmanship.
