Toni is is a professional designer who is passionate about her work and really listens to the customer. She comes up with creative ideas to not only meet the customers vision but also meet code. We hired Toni to design a Master Bath remodel using the principles of "aging in place". She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and a true professional. We are excited to see what Toni has designed come to fruition!

We really enjoyed working with Toni Mendez on our recent kitchen remodel. She was the expert we needed to help us with the logistics of what we could do with the space we had along with making it esthetically beautiful and technically sound. We didn't want to make any design mistakes and needed assurances that we were making good decisions. Her artistic ideas really helped to improve the overall outcome of our remodel. There really is a "WOW" factor when seeing our kitchen, especially when comparing it with the old kitchen. Our kitchen was completely gutted and sections of two walls were removed which opened up our kitchen to the family room. Existing hardwood floors were refinished and laced into the new areas. Toni's advice on the lighting was great as well as the cabinetry selection and design. She gave us her okays to selections of granite and tile etc. and gave great advice on tile design. There are so many special touches that she envisioned that really make our kitchen unique. She gave us the confidence to do what we wanted and advised us with many more decisions along the way. Toni was just what we needed! She drew up a beautiful floor plan and always came with a smile and positive energy! We are extremely happy with our kitchen and highly recommend Toni Mendez!

I have worked with Ms. Mendez for over 20 years utilizing her archtictural, space planning and design services. She is adept, thorough, and knows the codes for all phases of construction. She has taught design and has instructed classes on space planning and the zoning codes involved, at several community colleges in California. The fact that she excels in design of kitchen and bath and has the credentials to prove it, does not mean that she is limited in other areas of design. She is a master in all phases of remodeling, rennovation and redesign whether commercial, retail or residential. Do not hesitate to hire this extremely bright and competent professional for any design service you have in mind.
