They were great, until the wall failed! Allscapes did a boulder wall in 2017 (still pictured on the Allscapes site), which looked awesome until it failed! Part of the wall collapsed this year and I asked for a quote to fix it (it is out of warranty), and I was told they no longer do boulder walls and they could not fix it nor recommend a company to help! I did find a company to fix it, which is going to cost me $3500! I am not happy that I got no support and don’t think they should have a picture of our job on their web site if they no linger do Boulder Walls!

One of the best contractor experiences we've ever had. We contacted Allscapes 3 years ago about some work we needed done - while our schedules did not align at that time, we were impressed with the owner's responsiveness and professionalism, which is why we re-contacted him for our current needs. Allscapes rebuilt two sets of collapsing retaining wall steps that were installed by a previous owner, and planted six trees on our property. The owner personally assessed the jobs, carefully explained the rebuild plans, and gave planting options including visuals for possible layouts. The crew arrived on time, had sufficient staff for the jobs, knew what they were doing, were efficient, took care to clean up and haul away all debris created by their work - and the pricing was competitive. The owner Tony was more responsive and communicated better than any other contractor we have worked with in our many years of home ownership. We would most definitely contract with Allscapes again.

Had a few different projects completed. Brick pavers and also general landscape work. They did a quick clean professional job. Price was very reasonable.

Tony, Bill, and the Allscapes' crew exceeded our expectations with our patio project. From the day Tony came out to estimate the project, the communication was excellent. We knew exactly what was going to happen and when. We were working with a really tight deadline, but Tony said he may be able to adjust some dates on a few other projects that didn't have strict deadlines . . . and he did! He also suggested we go see the stones in person as the catalog is just a representation of colors. That experience alone saved this project. My wife hated the color of the stones she thought she liked in the catalog. Instead, she fell in love with stones we saw in person . . . Polar Ash. Tony agreed that the array of colors in the Polar Ash pavers would make an attractive patio. Once the project started, Bill and his team got to work. And I mean work. These guys work hard and don't stop. This patio is gorgeous! Like I said, they exceeded our expectations. They cleaned up the yard, reseeded around the patio, and we were ready for our party with a day to spare! So many compliments. We were pretty proud, but the credit goes to these guys. Three weeks later, we get a phone call from Bill saying he wants to stop by to inspect. Totally unexpected. Three months later, I get a phone call from Tony asking how it looks and if we're still happy, Now that is extreme customer service, right there. Bottom line is these guys know what their doing, do a fantastic job, all at a fair price. Yes, I will hire them again and give them a reference any time! JD: Saline, MI

I had contacted several companies regarding leveling out my patio. Tony was the first professional to dig up the pavers to see the foundation and determine the correct scope of the project; taking out all the brick, excavating and putting down all new base material. The patio had sunk due to no base and less than an inch of sand. New drains were also installed from the downspouts out to the yard. Allscapes took the time to redesign the pavers and offer design suggestions. The work was completed timely and my backyard was cleaned up each day when work was done. I would recommend Allscapes to anyone interested in having new pavers installed or to fix their current pavers.

I was looking for a contractor to replace my current patio. The previous owners of the home went with the landscaper's special. They used garden wall for the perimeter and the wall and patio were collapsing after 15 years. I did my homework and was prepared to replace the patio myself. I had a few contractors come out and provide estimates. Then I called Allscapes, whom a coworker suggested. Tony came out and within the first minute, I knew that he was an expert. Allscapes was busy and it was roughly 6 weeks before they could get to my house. The crew was very professional, they cleaned up at the end of the day, and they were all very polite and courteous, the job looks great. It was well worth the wait. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Allscapes did a great job helping me and my wife decide how to plan our patio and front walk. We wanted something different, and the Allscapes team was delightful to collaborate with. My husband and I contacted multiple contractors for our patio. After meeting with Tony, he was our obvious choice. His ideas and vision were spot on with what we were thinking. The team was also great. They were always on time and were very respectful. They truly had your best interest in mind, if the weather was not appropriate for the job they didn't rush just to get it over and get their money. Outstanding quality and second-to-none customer service! From the initial consultation all the way to the followup after completion of our project, we had a fantastic experience with Tony and the Allscapes team. We had reached out to a number of different companies for our project, which involved a complete tear up of the front landscaping and walkway at our residence, but it was quite clear that none of the other companies could rival Tony's superior design ideas, professionalism and competitive pricing. The quality of the installation team's work could not have been better and their meticulous attention to detail was apparent.
