We had a complete remodel of our kitchen, moved the dining room, had the entire house flooring replaced and moved some windows. Project was complete in less time than expected and the end result is amazing. From initial design with Lucia to the day-to-day work with Andy and Denis and their crew, they answered all our questions, explained everything, were polite, on-time, worked hard and took extra steps along the way to make sure our family felt 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. I could not recommend them enough. We had our bathrooms done a few years ago by a different builder and this was an entirely different experience. Craftsmanship and attention to detail on every aspect of the build. Plus, our dishwasher is still on backorder so they brought another one and installed it for us to use while we wait for ours to arrive! Great people and they do great work.

We had over 4 different contractors come into our house for a kitchen estimate. They all came back with the same ideas and layout. When Top Builders came to see our space, they came to us with a refreshing new idea and layout for our kitchen right during our meeting. We were baffled as to why no one else had seen this other better and more efficient way of doing our kitchen. They turned an old galley kitchen into the kitchen of my dreams! Our kitchen is now a focal point where we can entertain friends and family while we cook. One of my favorite aspects of this project is that the owners of the company, Andy and Lucia, took full ownership of our project. To the point that we left town while renovations happened and came back to a fully renovated, beautiful bright and open kitchen. Amazing attention to detail, amazing customer service and amazing quality!

Working with Lucia and Andy on our kitchen remodel was a wonderful experience. It has been a year since our project was completed and we love it more each day. My wife and I worked with Andy and his team from Top Builders on the recommendation of a friend and we couldn't be happier that we did. We did a full gut renovation of our kitchen which included prepping and painting adjacent rooms, hardwood flooring throughout as well as other associated ad hoc work along the way. From the start they were punctual, professional, and their work is indeed that of a 'Top Builder'. They were fast, showed up when they said they would and finished on time. The only real hold up all along was waiting for the county inspector. We've been in the finished product for about 6 months (sorry the review is late) and we couldnt be happier with the results. Working with them was truly an exceptional experience. Until Top Builders came along I'd never worked with a contractor who was ever on time. A pet peeve of mine. They were ALWAYS on time, always willing to work through special requests and when we had to execute some changes along the way, Andy was super easy to work with, very accomodating and very reasonable on additional costs even when it involved leveling the subfloor! My husband and I hired the designers at Top Builders to design our kitchen and new half bath. Mary Ellen De Caprio and Lucia Lukosik were the designers and they were fabulous. When my husband and I first discussed the project with them we were not sure where to start design wise other than we knew we wanted the kitchen (which was being relocated to an addition space built in 1989) to compliment the style of the original home which was built in 1941 and we wanted the surfaces to be low maintenance as we are a busy family with small children. Their selections and guidance exceeded our expectations. They spent hours with us selecting and sourcing the right materials and appliances. Had we not used them our kitchen and half bath would not be nearly as stunning nor, would they be as user friendly for our family. We would highly recommend Mary Ellen and Lucia to anyone looking to redesign their home!

Project was addition of a basement bedroom requiring egress window. Top Builders was very easy to work with - great communication and able to be flexible with the needs for our project. We hired Andy Lukoskic and his team at Top Builders to add a screened porch off of our family room. We selected them based on recommendations from our neighbors and our visit to other screened porches they had completed. It was a great decision. Our experience was very positive from the beginning to the end. We especially appreciated the open and constructive contact we maintained throughout the process. Their workmanship was first class. All of the people that worked on our porch were extremely professional. They stayed on budget and worked flawlessly with Fairfax County inspectors. As with most every projects, changes evolved along with the work. Andy adjusted effortlessly and gave us everything that we ask for. We highly recommend Top Builders without hesitation.

In Spring 2015 we started talking to various contractors about remodeling our kitchen. I got owner Andy Lukosik's name by chance through an acquaintance who used Top Builders on a much smaller job than ours. This acquaintance raved about Top Builders attention to detail, customer service, etc. Well... After using them, I sure see why! Andy was professional, full of ideas, detail oriented and committed to making us happy at every point during the project. Lucia, Andy's wife - who helped with design, was fabulous. She led me to design a kitchen that perfectly reflects my preferences and tastes. With her guidance it was super easy to make decisions - as I trusted she knew not only what I wanted but what was best for the kitchen. The project was completed within the budget range Top Builders initially put together. And start to finish, the project took less time to complete than we anticipated! But what I most liked was Andy, Lucia and the entire Top Builders team's attention to customer service. Whenever an issue even began to surface, Andy or Lucia would either appear at the front door or be in touch via phone/email/text. Thus, throughout the entire project we really did not have any major issues that caused conflict. The entire team was pleasant - very easy to have around the house for weeks on end. The workspace was always left neat and organized. There was an amazing attention to detail all the way around. Since completing the project, I have had two malfunctions - neither of which Top Builders could have prevented via a vis the work they did... In both cases, Top Builders was at my house within 12 hours to help diagnose and/or fix the problem. Bottom line. I am SO happy Top Builders did this remodel for us. I would DEFINITELY use Top Builders again. And I recommend them without any reservations~

Top Builders came highly recommended by someone from nextdoor.com. My husband and I liked Andy upon meeting him and quickly agreed to move forward with our kitchen remodel. Andy and his wife, Lucia were great to work with. Lucia has a great design eye and was very good at helping me make decisions (especially when I felt overwhelmed with details like door hardware and lighting!). Overall the project went smoothly and we are thrilled with our new space. I recommended Top Builders to my mom and she is about to start her remodel with this in Oct. 2015!
