Eric Turner's level of professionalism is outstanding. The company's long history of adaptive re-use of historical buildings in Baltimore is impressive. Their inspiring renovations of obsolete structures and sensitivity to community concerns is highly commendable.

Kommentiert: What is the treatment on the ceiling? Is it just painted?Its actually concrete. The texture is from the wood forms that left marks when it was poured and they were removed. It looks fantastic in person, pictures don't do it justice.

Kommentiert: Can you tell me what diameter the A/C ducts are?The ceilings in that model unit were quite large so it made everything look relatively small in the space including the duct work. It was a 8" duct.
