I was excited to meet with Shelly to collaborate on our fireplace remodel. However, after meeting in person and exchanging emails to share pictures and other details on my vision, I found myself waiting repeatedly for her to respond as promised. I eventually realized that I had wasted my time since my project was obviously not a priority or even worthy of an acknowledgement. Very unprofessional!

All we can say is WOW! We found Urban Concepts on the internet...a little scary as we were taking a big chance. However, from our first meeting on, everything went splendidly. Shelly, presented several designs for our fireplace. Once finalized, she helped us choose our tiles. Next installation was scheduled with Etjen. He isolated his workspace to minimize dust and three days later unveiled the masterpiece. End result exceeded our expectations. They also built us a unique backsplash (also perfect) and we have them scheduled for another project. We were so lucky to have found Shelly and Etjen. We give them our highest recommendation! Total completed project came in under budget.

Shelly was spot on with the design of my new contemporary kitchen. Everything is the latest and greatest for the modern kitchen aficionado.

Shelly listened to what my dream fireplace would be and then followed through with making it happen! Her quality, attention to detail and creativity was beyond expectations. She even finished on time!

A safe, eco-friendly product that is less expensive than other fireplace options. We have had one in our home for the past three Florida winters and it has added a nice touch to our outdoor living and happy hours.
