From the initial email and call, to the quote, and installation, Valdicass was the definition of professional. Top notch customer service and clear communication. When installation day came, the team showed up on time and was impeccably clean and considerate of the work space. Our house was built in the 80's and still had the original windows and trim. You can tell the big difference with the new windows and white trim. No more draft through the windows. The window looks fantastic, too! We selected Valdicass to cut 2 new window openings into our house as well as replace a problematic window. They had very competitive prices compared to the other vendors we solicited. Due to price point, we went with them. I'm honestly very glad we went with them. Validcass has provided top-tier service and work quality from the start. They did an excellent job addressing any hiccups during the installation process as well as worked with the village to get a passed inspection. I spent a significant amount of time researching windows and window companies for my home. My home had original Pella windows from 1976 and it was finally time to have them replaced. I watched video after video and I had all of the top companies come out to provide estimates. At the end of the day Valdicass Inc. was a clear front runner. I contacted them after being referred by a neighbor and when I called, I spoke to Teri who was fantastic. Teri set up my initial consultation and stayed in contact with me thought out the entire project. They provide me with an in-depth Q&A on the high-quality Pella products they offer. I had plenty of time to go to the showroom and meet with Obed who was my rep on this project. Obed was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job outlining this project in every aspect. On several occasions I met with the owner of the company Walter who went above and beyond to work with me on this project, and for that I am thankful. Valdicass is top notch! I've never had a better experience with an installer! The crew installed 13 new Pella vinyl windows and a new Pella wood patio door after a complete demo of the old, including brand new interior wood casing and trim. The craftmanship was flawless! The attention to detail was amazing! The crew were all extremely professional, respectful, talented, friendly and fun! The team started on time each day, gave an update of progress and what to expect for the day, covered all the flooring with heavy tarps, covered surfaces with plastic, cleaned up debris as they worked, and completely cleaned up everything at the end of the day, even when coming back the next day - impeccably! I will be contracting with them to install a new front door next. You will not find a better installation team for your windows!

Outstanding quality, workmanship and communication throughout the entire project. I met with Walter to discuss my project and then went to his showroom to see his work. I as immediately sold when I saw the detail of his work. We had a pre-job discussion at the house and he and his team met every aspect and need I had requested. The siding looks great as does all the details in the trim work. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up all the debris. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Valdicass replaced our storm door and four sliding basement storage closet doors. They delivered on what they promised and did an exceptional job. All levels of the company from sales and support to installation and follow up were professional and courteous. Valdicass was excellent to work with and they were very professional. They have talented people starting with a very knowledgeable sales person and then with having someone come out to verify the dimensions. The correct Pella windows, properly sized, arrived in the time frame promised and were installed by experienced installers that were very efficient. And they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished.

My window and door installation happened during this latest snow system. The Valdicass Team did A GREAT JOB, despite the weather. They kept everything in the installation area neat and clean and left it better than what it was before they started the work. I can see why they have Platinum rating with Pella Windows and Doors. Valdicass did two windows at my house and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the windows is great. Their communication, installation and sales team were really excellent to work with. Hi- I had an excellent experience working with Walter and his team. Walter was very patient with all of my questions. I asked him to replace a large single pane window in our kitchen. I wanted to be sure to match the low-e coating and to be sure that he did the work with Lead Safety in mind. He was very professional and patient throughout. I ended up getting a triple pane window that looks really sharp. His team was very clean and professional. I recommend calling Walter!
