So glad we went with Vans to do our new build. Family and friend referral - no complaints from anyone, or us. Craig VanDenHouten for sales. Bob Martin for Job Coordinator. Couldn’t be happier. If we did it all over again, we will call them back. As with any build, take your cabinet, flooring, etc estimates and go pick out what you really want if you need to know what the bottom line pricing will be in the end. Est 6 months to build a gorgeous custom 2,300sq ft (+ 1,100sq ft unfinished basement). Lightning quick without sacrificing anything. Don’t be sad you went with the wrong builder later, call Vans.

We just enjoyed our 4th summer in our Van's built custom home. This was our first experience building a home and Van's made the process easy. There were challenges with our site location and Van's was able to work through them. Their workmanship far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Van's!

Vans has built/remodeled 2 homes for our family. They did a great job of working with our architect, tackling some tough issues and making the designs work. The construction crew did a great job of keeping us in the communication loop and the house finished on time as desired. We love both or
