I cannot believe we found this stunning home in Lubbock, built by Ventura Homes! Jeff Seal and his team have a way of mastering design with function. This house is gorgeous! It is a designer series house where all colors and selections have been meticulously selected. Additionally, the house includes many design features such as a few outlets that have built-in USB ports, hidden outlets in the kitchen island, a hidden pantry, large shower nooks that fit very tall shower products, and an overflow of natural light. Jeff also allowed us to add (at an additional cost) a few upgrades that we wanted in our home such as additional electrical outlets, a pot filler, an outdoor kitchen with granite countertops. The Ventura Homes team has been very cautious about exposing my family to toxic chemicals and dust as I am pregnant. All repairs have been completed outside of the house and only installed on site. That level of care for the health of my family and I do not go unnoticed. Jeff Seal and his team always wanted to make us happy. So grateful that my husband and I found this beautiful house built by Ventura Homes as it does not disappoint!

Wonderful design, but building materials are subpar for the cost of the home. Not a lot of modern technology put into the homes. The workmanship is average. Customer service is awful if you have a warranty issue.
