Über uns

Villani & Sons Custom Built Homes is a family owned business. We build custom homes and do custom home renovations, additions, and add-a-levels. My father started the business 40 years ago and my 3 brothers and I have continued the business. We take pride in the quality of our work. We have worked with many architects and homeowners throughout the years. We truly know our trade and the other trades that are involved in building a new home. We make sure that every subcontractor has the same work ethic and quality of workmanship that our company has.

Michael and team did work on our home in Spring Lake and did a fantastic job. The workmanship and quality were superb and the all target dates were met. The project was finished well within budget and Michael made a few suggestions and options for up grades that were fitting to the project and added nice upgrades to the original plan.

Mike Villani and his crew completely gutted and remodeled our house back in 2010. The house was built in 1928 and had several haphazard additions over the years. The remodeling job was very large and there were a lot of unanticipated difficulties in the project. The project came in on time and on budget which is incredible given the amount of work and time involved. His crew of workers is very professional and courteous. My dog really missed them leaving since they would always give her treats and let her out to watch them work.
