Years ago Patti helped us pick out window blinds and a versa-glide for our new home. She continues to be an excellent resource today when we just need a simple clip replacement for our 16 year old window coverings from Hunter Douglas. One of the best decisions we ever made when it comes to our home and will use her again as we remodel. Customer service is her super power!!

Patti is a general contractor as well as an interior designer. Our challenge was space utilization in a hall bath and master bath. Her ideas regarding design and materials were spot on. I hired Patti to take over our kitchen/downstairs remodel in month two of the project because our first contractor was having trouble manning the job. Patti took the floundering project and within one day had a full schedule penciled out so we could see what work would be done next and when. We still needed our kitchen ceiling torn out, new drywall hung, tape and textured, paint, a lighting plan and fixtures, lots of electrical and plumbing work etc. Patti put together a schedule and had our project completed within 6 weeks. The truly impressive part was that because she was taking over the job from our previous contractor, where we had been left with an empty shell of a kitchen and no work done for several weeks, she was able to pull all of her subcontractors together and make sure they all fit us in to their already jam-packed schedules. It was truly amazing and we will forever be grateful. I highly recommend Patti for any design/remodel project you may have. She has the knowledge, the skills and the relationships.

I worked with Patti Marvitz of Walls too Windows spanning a period of 2 years to renovate my kitchen, 3 bathrooms, the foyer stairs and handrail as well as general updating throughout the rest of the house. When my home was exhibited during the 2013 Tour of Remodeled Homes sponsored by the BIAW in Clark County, it was voted "Best Overall Design". Patti has solid design experience and her end product is one of beauty, peace, and amazing design. During our time together, she was so much fun to work with, was always accessible, and diligent in her paperwork and followup on any outstanding items. It seemed we were always on the same page as far as vision went, but she would ask for my input and explained to me why she would lean a certain way. My backyard was done in an asian style and when she started working with me, she felt that the interior of the house had to "marry" to exterior. So we went with a slight asian style that is calming and tasteful. She has developed a long and excellent working relationship with a group of subcontractors who are the best at their trade. They are a joy to have around; each one very courteous and people oriented and who do beautiful work. Specific tasks performed by Patti: 1) Established scope and worked with client to establish budget. 2) Defined interior concepts (client's design preferences and requirements); 3) Identified materials for hard surfaces/ceiling treatments/ lighting/ window coverings/ plumbing fixtures/ wall treatments); 4) Identified CAPS (certified aging in place-universal design) concepts; 5) Identified energy conservation products and ideas; 6) Assisted with lighting plan; 7) Worked with architect in the design of 2nd floor balcony off of master bedroom; 8) Review and assist with kitchen/bath cabinet layout. 9) Met with and/or scheduled contractors and installers for estimates; Organized subcontractors' and installers' work to determine whether the work was proceeding as directed;

Patti and her team did a superb job updating our house to go on the market. She's experienced and knowledgeable. As a designer, she provided expert guidance with color and material choices, and as a contractor, she moved our project along in a timely manner. Every one of her subs did excellent work (and were nice to have around!), and I would recommend Walls too Windows on their work alone.
