We contact Trent with Sandals to help us design a pool and he created something better than we ever dreamed of! He brought our vision to life and the project manager, Spencer, executed it all perfectly. Our pool was done start to finish within less than two months- about 6 weeks! We were told by other pool companies they were 6mo the to a year out so this was just incredible. We left Spencer in charge of picking out the colors for the tile and rockery around our pool and he picked out the most gorgeous color combinations. The entire team seemed to work really well together and knew exactly what they were doing. We didn’t run into any problems and felt that our questions were always answered quickly and with a lot of knowledge. We interviewed a lot of local pool companies and are SO grateful we found Sandals as they are steps above the rest of the competition. Great fair pricing, and beyond excellent craftsmanship and design abilities. Highly recommend. Don’t even look elsewhere- just go directly here!

We contracted with Sandals to build out our backyard to include; a new pool, extending the backyard an additional 20 feet, landscaping, building a cabana with a bathroom, building a pergola and a decorative foundation for the pergola to stand on. All we can say is “Wow”. Trent and team did an outstanding job in working through all the complexities, working with local government agencies and making the process to us as seamless and simple as possible. Another plus in the experience was that Trent came to the table with “out of the box ideas” on how to make the project better and more cost-effective to us while still achieving what we were looking for. We love our NEW backyard! Thank you Sandals Luxury Pools!

Trent and Sandals Luxury Pools literally saved our pool. We started with a different "company" and it was a total disaster. After talking with Trent him and his team were on top of everything. They came and fixed all the issues and brought everything in our yard back to life. They had our pool completed within weeks of starting and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company. Communication is fabulous. They are always on time. Their work is very professional!

It is nice to see that others have had a great experience with Sandals however, our experience has been horrible, and we feel very cheated. Trent and his workers started this project but then as time went by, it became very clear that our project was being put on the back burner due to other projects. We contacted Sandals pools way before Covid was an issue and signed a contract in March 2020 to be completed in 3 months. It has been a full year and the job has never been completed. We started to notice that we saw less and less of Trent and eventually less of the project manager as well as the workers. After many attempts to contact them, we would get two or three random individuals that did not know what to do on the project and needed direction. The pool was eventually installed 6 months later but everything around it such as the pool deck sealant and caulking, proper grading, drainage (that actually drained), retaining wall and a few other things were not completed. We were supposed to get a pool vacuum and other items per the contact and never did. In the process, two of our large trees that Trent relocated himself died due to their negligence and were never replaced as promised. We always made our installment payments on time but all we kept getting were reasons as to why the guys were not there and the key phrase "I'm Sorry". Weeks would go by without a word from anyone. We never got an update unless we actually called for one and we surely never knew when they would be back to complete their job. Trash was left in our yard until we called them about it. No one would show up for days at a time even if it wasn't raining. To make matters worse, we had them build a retaining wall for us, but the wall had to be redone by someone else because of the poor job that their workers did. Even our neighbors noticed the poor construction. This is just a brief description of our experience with Sandals. There is so much more to state that would express our disappointment with this company. We later found out on Better Business Bureau and other pool contractors that we were not the only people that this had happened too. Make sure to ask around about them. This seems to be their reputation that some may know about. Unfortunately for us, we found out too late.

Hello Mrs. Cotard,

I hate this project ended this way, and that you guys are not happy. We try to make everyone happy and tried to work with you guys best we knew how. I see you took pictures of the same spot on the wall you keep bringing up that was done for free by one of our subs. We also offered to have it redone and to take care of it, moved your fence for free!. The wall in the pictures is the wall the stone mason built to hold back dirt long enough to get the fence moved.

Anyway Sandals is always willing to make things right with all customers at all times. This situation is no different. We will correct the wall that was built temporarily to move your fence, and make it look like the other 100' if you want us to. We would expect to be paid for invoices that are owed to us and come to some sort of an agreement. The finish line cant continue to move. We cannot landscape around the pool for free, we cannot build a bunch of other walls for free, but we are willing to make any part of our project scope to your satisfaction. The two trees you posted were 2 trees we moved to grade it the way you guys wanted it to look. We don't kill trees intentionally, but it can happen when they are moved in the summer time and is stated in our contract.

I don't want to get way off into the weeds on this response, but several times we were stopped and work was changed which delays the projects as well. Changing the interior finish to glass required us to order it in the middle of a pandemic and at that time it was all very uncertain, we were asked to stop work the day we tried to pour concrete because you told mark to wait you needed to call the owner about the irrigation. The rock you wanted took almost 3 months to get and we did all we could to figure that out. I am not going to try to make excuses things could have definitely went better, but again we always try to do the right thing and make it all good when possible, but after being asked to pay $23,000 to landscape your yard and build a wall where the original wall was supposed to go that you asked us to move is just obsurd. I felt it was best to regroup. As far as I know all work contracted by Sandals was complete aside from the spray deck, but there is a $9,000 open invoice that was never paid. Otherwise we are happy to do it, and offered to drop the invoice just to make you happy. We are very proud of your pool, and although you haven’t posted any pics of it we hope you guys are too.

Thansk Mrs. Cotard and if you and Fred would like for us to take care of the wall, bring you some replacement trees, or bring you a water meter cap (Not even sure about that first I have seen or heard anything about it) but whatever we will take care of that too! We are willing to do whatever is needed to fix anything we damaged!! Please let us know and lets try to work through this together best we can. Thanks again!!

Sandals luxury pools built my amazing custom pool and I can not say enough about it or the Sandals team. Custom built, custom designed by Trent and truly hand crafted with a raised beam, two water features, bubblers, amazing tanning ledge custom coping and decking and a Spa with a water feature spillover, it truly is a resort in my own backyard My daughters have spent hours and hours enjoying our awesome pool and all their friends always want to come over to our house, which is exactly why my wife and I built our pool. Custom designed and built took time but I would not change a thing especially seeing my family enjoy what was created. Highly recommended! I strongly recommend Trent and his team to build your custom pool.

Would Hire Again in a Heartbeat! Recommend to Friends! We met with 4-5 pool builders prior to hiring Trent with Sandals. We had a new construction home with a difficult backyard. We had a large slope in the rear of the house with drainage issues, and the house was not truly a "walkout:", it dropped about 2 feet off a rear deck to the yard. Most of the pool builders would not listen, they wanted to build what they wanted to build, or said it couldn't be done, or were priced through the roof. Trent was able to transform our yard with some pretty amazing creativity. We have a sunken cabana, that overlooks the pool, and on the other side of the cabana wall are 4 stools in the pool. A zero entry-step off, enough shallow area to lounge in, and a deep hole for our kids to jump in. The stone work is great- we got a very detailed fireplace/stone kitchen in the cabana. Trent paid attention to drainage issues, and diverted all our gutters underground. His landscapers he works with were great also, I will also review them. For the work that was done, they were priced fairly: and there was an extensive amount of landscaping done. Trent was patient, worked with me on pools specs and equipment, and throughout the process it felt like he wanted to build what we wanted. We built during a very challenging time, it rained for nearly 5 months, monsoon like rain, but he eventually got it done. Trent even did the digging and grading himself...he is very skilled with heavy machinery. After each process, he confirmed that we were happy prior to proceeding with the next phase. I cant recommend Trent and his crew highly enough. Anyone that needs a pool MUST call him- he never nickel and dimed us, was honest through the process, and made changes on the fly during the process that overall improved the outcome of the backyard transformation.

Extremely happy with our approximately 34'x20' freeform pool and 7' diameter raised spa built by Sandals Luxury Pools. The workmanship was fantastic from day 1 and has held up wonderfully over the 16 months since the pool/spa were finished. Trent provided fantastic customer support, great recommendations on material selection, and designed a wonderful pool/spa combo. Our family couldn't be happier with our a pool and spa - or our experience with Sandals Luxury Pools! Thanks Trent!

Trent did a wonderful job with our dream pool! We were impressed from the beginning with his vision and creativity. We had a very blank area with a large hill where he was able to create and build a 10ft waterfall/slide and an expansive entertainment space complete with a 10ft fireplace and 10+ seat fire pit. With his eye for detail and meticulous nature he was able to carry out a flawless end product. Just like with any big project there were issues but nothing that Trent wasn't 100% on top of and quick to resolve and make right. We would refer him to any of our friends and family!

Sandals Luxury Pools just completed a total renovation. Trent is very professional and knowledgeable. He walks you through the entire process from quote to completion. He advises you along the way in helping choose the best stones and colors. He provides a high quality product for the most reasonable price. Contractors are usually hard to reach- not the case with Trent. Give him a call for your pool project. He's already doing a new pool for a neighbor after seeing what he did with mine.

Trent was awesome to work with and flexible and responsive. The project started in May and finished before July 4th so we were able to have a pool party for the Holidays. The material quality was better then most other pool companies, we have not had any problems after install. Would definitely recommend Sandels.

Sandals Luxury Pools designed and installed us a backyard paradise beyond our expectations. From day one Trent was honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to help us work with the county and our unique permitting situation. Trent came by our house daily to work, or check on the progress of the pool. He maintains a strong business relationship with his sub contractors and each one that worked on our pool was top notch and specialized in their area of expertise. In our opinion no other contractor could create our dream oasis better or with higher quality than Sandals Luxuary Pools!!!

Sandals Pools did an excellent job refinishing our pool. We had gotten quotes from other Pool companies around Atlanta and they had the best pricing and different options available other than just the Pebble tech brand. The stone coping is beautiful and we absolutely love the color of the Pool now that it is refinished. It is a Beautiful Caribbean Blue. Looks like the ocean water at Destin! The previous builder painted the pool Black and it looked horrible. Trent and his crew were fast and efficient and got the job done for us before pool season started. I would definitely recommend Sandals Luxury Pools!

Trent Dove, is genuine and patient. He designed the perfect pool based on space, activity level, and colors. He spent hours/days locating the perfect color stone for the coping and pool deck.

Sandals was a great company to work with. Trent had some great ideas which he rolled out and demonstrated using digital images and videos. His years of experience was demonstrated through value added design changes, continues suggestions and improvements during construction. Throughout the planning stages, Trent suggest various shapes and sizes that would fit perfectly into the yard and complimented the home. Once complete our new pool transformed our yard from a pasture to a relaxing retreat enjoyed by friends and family and the kids love it. Thanks Trent, to you and your team for this great experience

I am the owner of DJ'S Creations. I have been hired by Sandals several times to do fence work. I have installed wood privacy and black metal fencing for Trent. He has always been professional and very courteous to me. Even when a curve ball was thrown and I had to reschedule. He then has to explain to the customer, and I know from experience that is not always an easy thing to have to do. His work is exceptional quality and every customer that I have come in contact with has always spoken highly of his work ethics. He also did our landscaping and we could not be more pleased. These guys know what they are doing and it shows in their work. Would use these guys all over again. Kommentiert: Size?8x20 the large area and the smaller tan ledge is 4x5 on average it actually changes a little. We had major constraints on this lot.
