Too many issues to list out. Bought a new construction from Majdi and the entire experience was awful. Should have listened to my gut.

Majdi is one of the most kind, professional and hard working individual I have encountered in my life. He pours his heart and soul into everything he does and takes an above and beyond personal interest in every project he takes on. I cannot recommend highly enough.

It was a pleasure to work with Majdi as the architect on our new fitness studio. He went above and beyond to make sure plans were submitted for a very challenging city & county permit process and spent extra time dealing with our local mechanical resources that were being very difficult to work with. He made trips to Colorado on his own dime to see the construction in progress. We hope that we get to build another studio someday and work with Majdi again.

I am devastated. I am updating my review of 4-D Development with a heavy heart. My original experiences with the builder, Majdi Darwish, seemed positive. Upon reflection, I probably would not have had so many interactions with him if my new construction house didn't have so many problems that occurred during construction. As a result of poor management and installation, the wood flooring of the entire main level of my home has to be replaced. Majdi Darwish, the builder, has completely ignored us and not taken responsibility. The amount of filler that has come out of my floors, coupled with unevenness and gaps indicates that someone knew the floors had problems. It is clear that the floor was repaired to show the house. As the builder it was his responsibility to hire competent subcontractors. He was either clueless or complicit in fraud when he sold a home with floors in this condition.
