We have completed multiple renovations on multiple houses over our 40+ years of home ownership, and none have been more creatively designed, expertly managed, and beautifully executed as our projects with Weidmann & Associates. We were so pleased with their work on our house at Lake Oconee that we hired them to make some renovations and additions to our house in Atlanta as well. They are a first class operation.

Weidmann and Associates did an excellent job on our master suite renovation. The architect, designer and all of the construction folks were top notch and communicated with us constantly. Their attention to detail and creativity were so impressive. The whole team takes pride in their work and it really shows!

Over the last 15 years I have contracted with Weidmann Remodeling 3 times. In 2008 we had a total kitchen remodel which included wall and window relocation, etc. In 2020 we remodeled 3 bathrooms. It included a Jack and Jill bathroom converted to two(2) separate bathrooms. Finally in 2023 we completed a major master bathroom remodel and a half bath update. Needless to say we are very pleased with the work Weidmann Remodeling has done for us. The project managers and employees are experienced and reliable. They are organized, neat, and efficient. A calendar is provided and you are aware of timing and what is being accomplished. Weidmann stands by their work and if there are any questions or concerns after the fact they are very responsive. We highly recommend them and plan on contracting with Weidmann again in the future.

The Weidmann Remodeling team was exceptional at every level. The total kitchen remodel along with a number of major structural changes were creatively designed and meticulously executed, not to mention the entire construction process was organized to a tee and completed inside the projected timeline. Dan Weidmann and his designer gave us so many fabulous suggestions during the design phase, our construction manager Greg was stellar with his personal attention to detail and management of the process, and each person on the team was highly experienced and professional. The extra attention to details that they provide are too many to mention, but one example is how the team secured the entire kitchen/keeping room with a temporary wall and door to give privacy for the rest of our home. We interviewed several other contractors - and are thrilled that we ultimately worked with Dan Weidmann and his terrific team who totally transformed our home with a spectacular kitchen and living area.

Weidmann & Associates provided the highest level of integrity and quality construction for us. Our project was a new, custom home build, including demolition of our old home on the existing lot. The result is a beautiful home that exhibits the exact architectural design we provided and quality craftsmanship from the builders. They are true professionals in their trade, and they stand levels above the several construction companies we've interacted with during the bid / selection process. We have contracted with Weidmann for two projects (kitchen remodel and basement remodel) and both experiences were top notch! Any home renovation is stressful but everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure it was all done properly and kept us apprised of any hiccups or changes that needed to be made.

I work in the home service industry and thus, am familiar with the many options in choosing remodeling firms. When it came time for my wife an I to remodel our master bedroom and bath along with an adjoining office area we knew we wanted to hire Weidmann remodeling for the project. Our experience with Weidmann was absolutely fantastic. As busy professionals we do not have a lot time and desired the turn-key service that Weidmann offers. They first guided us through the design process resulting in a very unique look and feel. They then built out the project with great attention to detail. Their communication and follow up was much appreciated through out the process. Dan and Bill and the entire Weidmann team do a great job.

The best thing you could say about a company is "I would recommend them without hesitation". We enthusiastically do. We wanted a first floor master suite. They reconfigured a third of the main floor and gave a a great new floor plan. They have excellent employees and subs. We can't say enough about the project manager, Mark Metz. He was always available and kept us informed about what was to be done on a daily basis. Rodrick could not have been more helpful. The subs did quality work. Daniel and his crew were meticulous painters. The work area was cleaned at the end of every day's work. The project came in within budget. We'd use three words to sum up Weidmann: Reliability, Integrity, Quality.

We needed to change our 1980's kitchen so Weidmann turned our house inside out and we love it! We were open to moving walls, pushing walls out, just about anything to finally get a workable kitchen and other living spaces for the way we lived. Dan Weidmann put his design team to work and we did a couple of iterations before we found what worked...on paper. It also worked in real life. Having 3D images certainly helped us avoid mistakes in how we wanted to use the space. We love the end result. Everyone who sees it loves it, but the most important thing is it works for how we live. The experience was challenging since we opted to live in during construction (with two dogs) but all of the people we had contact with were great. The place was kept neat and we were kept updated all the time. Did we have problems? Sure. But they were solved and with no fuss or muss. The follow up has been excellent. We were pretty much on budget after we finally decided to increase our budget - BEFORE we started any work. We received an estimate that was accurate and were kept apprised of most overages. At the end, we weren't surprised by any cost. We would work with Weidmann again in a heartbeat!

Weidman Remodeling is by far the most professional, most competent remodeling company with whom we have ever worked. Starting with our dream, they were totally committed to helping us consider all the possibilities of how we could achieve that dream. They never pushed us to what they might have wanted, rather, it was always what we wanted. They were transparent about what it would cost. They stayed within our budget. The project manager and all the subs were first rate people. They did what they said they were going to do. My wife and I are proud to give them the highest possible recommendation.

Weidmann has done two projects for me and I am completely satisfied. One was to put a roof on an existing deck and the other was to enclose a screened porch in glass windows. Both are beautiful. Both projects came in within budget .

Very professional and organized. Kris handled to project and was efficient and kept me up to date on all aspects of the job. I was out of town while to work was done and he sent photos as well as FaceTimed me on progress. I would highly recommend them!

We have used this contractor for four major renovation projects in two house over twenty years. I trust these guys. They hire skilled craftsmen in the trades, and they back up their work so the customer is satisfied. Their costs are reasonable, and the work is completed on schedule and to the specs the customer agreed to. I will hire them again the next time I need work done....there is no higher recommendation than that.

The project included complete renovation of the Master Bath, Guest Bath, Hardwood floors in two Guest Bedrooms and a room off the kitchen. A pretty extensive renovation that quite honestly we were dreading. Weidmann Remodeling and their staff were amazing! They contractors showed up on time as scheduled and very courteous. The quality of work was outstanding and was handled with the utmost professionalism. The project was completed on time and on budget. I would and already have recommended them to my neighbors.

They did everything right. Follow up was exceptional. Kris Marshall was thinking as I would and his persistence in getting things right was wonderful.

My wife and I worked with Dan to provide a quote for an expansion to our lake house. Dan and team were collaborative and his work was thorough and complete. We did not move forward with the project but Dan and his team were collaborative throughout the process.

With a major project on the drawing board I choose Weidmann's because of the total team approach they have with all their projects. We were very pleased with the services of Weidmann remodeling when we wanted to remodel our 30 yo kitchen. They were very professional, gave us clear understanding of choices and costs. We actually went out of the country for a month while they did the work, we felt so comfortable with their services. They communicated with us frequently and did a great job on our kitchen. We're planning on using them again when we redo our basement.

Being new to Lake Oconee, we selected Weidmann Remodeling based on a strong recommendation from our real estate agent. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and end product. The folks at Weidmann did an excellent job in our whole house renovation. Our new kitchen and bath are the highlights but they did a complete and great job with every detail throughout the main floor. They take care of all the details and are great to work with. All of the people they brought in on the project were very good at their trades. They also were respectful of our neighbors keeping things as quiet and as neat as possible.

Weidmann & Associates is a design-build firm for home remodeling, whether for small or large projects. I contracted them to remodel all of my house other than my master bedroom and bath and small office/library room (.i.e., 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, kitchen, breakfast, dining, laundry/pantry and great rooms as well as move the location of my stairs.). They have highly experienced staff and retain the highest, skilled contractors, all of whom focus on satisfaction for the customer in their resulting, remodeled home. They work as a very knowledgeable team who respect the client's time, budget, requirements and especially their living space during the remodeling process. Their project managers are on site daily, maintain timely communication among customer, contractors and office, and take the lead on assuring all work meets Weidmann's high standards with great attention to details. My project manager, Mark Metz, had outstanding people skills and constantly eased the remodeling process with his thoughtfulness and even-temper toward client, contractors, and project requirements. He identified details for high quality completed work in my hardwood floors, stair rails, media console wiring, lighting and placement of switches, lights, etc; details I would not think about but would be obvious in the resulting work. From the beginning, they identify functional and design problems with the current living space to arrive at a solution with the customer to address the problems. This is the root of customer satisfaction. It was key to the beautiful results in my home and high satisfaction achieved with me as a customer. At the first meeting, I had decided to remodel my kitchen within its existing walls and to add more room by enclosing my deck and finishing the basement. As I talked with Dan Weidmann, he kept asking what issues I had with my current space, it's design, and/or its functionality in its present use and for the longer term. From this, he recommended a design that would make better use of the space that I had and which would be more cost-effective than adding on a room at the deck location. They look at the space not as it is but as it can be. We engaged Weidmann for a second time this occassion focusing on the exterior front of the house. We knew we wanted to cover our portico and replace the original door and leaded glass in our entryway but beyond that we're unsure of the alternatives. Weidmann helped us secure competing architectural alternative bids leading on to our entering an agreement to proceed with construction. The process was well described, managed and executed by Weidmann's team. They were creative in working through some challenges during the process including some very tricky window replacements post fabrication with persistence and total cooperation. The outcome has been excellent with numerous compliments from friends and neighbors. We're simply delighted.

I researched Weidmann Remodeling and found the reviews exceptional (in fact, hard to believe). I met with them and found them most attentive to what we were saying in regard to what we wanted. They listened, ensured they understood what we requested and helped us through the nuts and bolts of the project. I found them to be profoundly professional, respectful of my home and my time. The skills were A+ and the knowledge level phenominal. Deadlines were met and budgets were well adhered to unless we made the changes. The team of contractors worked seemlessly together as one when they were here. They interacted with high regard to each other and to the task at hand. The project is a large deck and outdoor living room with a 25 foot tongue and groove Gable Roof. How they administer the details completely blows me away. Precision of skill and the cleanliness of cleanup each and every day shows the respect they have for their client's home and property. We are about 2 weeks from completion and I'm really going to miss each and every one of these individuals. I couldn't be more DELIGHTED!!!!!!

We needed a professional design-build firm to help us conceptualize how to better use the space in our home. The Weidmann team was perfect for the job. Our renovation moved the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet; enlarged the great room; moved the living room and dining room; and created an entry foyer. It took about 3 months start to finish. Weidmann was great to work with, creative, and very accomodating. A whole house project that could have been quite stressfull was an exciting experience. The result is a much better floor plan for our family.

Our kitchen was long overdue for a remodel and we called Weidmann for an estimate based on a neighbor's recommendation. Their design plan to update our kitchen, living & dining rooms, foyer, laundry area and master bath-- half our 1st floor-- absolutely blew us away. I loved working with the whole team-- every craftsman and each employee were knowledgable, patient, highly skilled and listened to our concerns. We were so very pleased with the end result and the whole team went the extra mile to make the experience a positive one. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Weidmann Remodeling did a total kitchen remodel for me about 2 years ago. They were wonderful to work with; I knew that I could trust that everything would be finished to my satisfaction.

Weidmann rebuilt our house after a devastating fire. The project took about a year and despite all the stresses involved with having a house fire, the process was made remarkably easier because we worked with this team. Dan and Bill were clear, professional, and very accommodating. Dan went out of his way to facilitate the settlement with our insurance company, something that required a huge amount of time and patience. Their subs are excellent and they stand behind their work. We have experienced a problem with the quality of our hardwood floors, and Weidmann is standing behind his warranty. Although theirs is a design/build firm, we did have an architect involved. Weidmann worked well with that firm. I do take exception to the comments in one of the reviews. Weidmann built us a completely accessible three floor home, complete with elevator and wheelchair accessible doorways and bathrooms, including a roll-in shower.

The Weidmann Remodeling Team executed a well-organized, professionally designed kitchen renovation project. Managing the process, our expectations and the project timeline were key to making our remodel a success. Weidmann worked closely with our requirements while infusing the finished look with their creativity and design elements. One example was the idea to replicate the arches from the window frames throughout the kitchen walls. By removing the molding and arching the corners, the transitions were smooth and seamless. The attention to detail and their determination to address each issue with completeness made for a wonderful new space that we immensely enjoy.
