Westbrooke homes has made our dreams come true. It’s been a couple of months living in our brand new home and when I pull up every day I still admire how beautiful our home is. Not to mention the exceptional quality the Westbrooke team provides in their homes, EVERYTHING is GREAT quality to the appliances, the craftsmanship, the overall built interior to exterior. Westbrooke did not cut any corners and it clearly shows. During our walk through before settlement, the Westbrooke team takes the time to walk through the home explaining how everything’s works etc. Yes, every builder does this with new constriction homes. However, I was personally blown away by how in depth they go to ensure that you know your new home. Even down to the home owner booklet they provide you with a list of contacts you may need in the future and additional information that’s useful for the home. Coming from two poor built construction homes, Westbrooke set the bar high with building our FOREVER home and I will FOREVER be grateful for their services. Thank you Westbrooke

Westbrooke Homes is top notch! Their team is the most efficient I've ever seen and I've worked in the construction business for over 35 years . Their subcontractors were scheduled and stayed on schedule so they didn't overlap one another. We just moved in our beautiful home. It was an amazing home building experience! They exceeded our expectations! They were honest, efficient, timely, top quality, and a dedicated team with excellent communication. Each question was responded to in less than 24 hours. Their team was knowledgeable, helpful, had amazing attention to detail, and were helpful with the selection process. Westbrooke's team of professionals were dedicated and our home was completed under budget and before the deadline. They truly wanted us to be happy with our home and love it and we do!

Where to start on such a great home building experience! Westbrooke homes personifies professionalism and just basic business practices in their work! I think we have all heard the nightmares of building a home, and I experienced one prior to working with Westbrooke. So being able to find an amazing builder to build our retirement lake house was a god send for us. The overall craftsmanship and quality of the build is above and beyond expectation for sure. The build was also completed a lot faster than we expected, which was a great surprise. I can honestly say that we did not have one major issue while building this home. Communication is top notch, and they always responded to any questions that we had through CoConstruct. CoConstruct is an amazing tool that will keep you informed on any and all things going on with your build. And you can communicate with all of the Westbrooke folks on there. I highly recommend Westbrooke for anyone that plans to build a home in the future. We have nothing but great things to say about the overall experience! The only thing that we had a little issue with was the initial price of the home. It was listed on the website at 429K initially. The day that we decided to move forward with the build, it jumped to 469K. I had just checked the website before the phone call and it was still at 429K, so the Westbrooke rep checked on the price while on the phone. Then I went back and checked it again, and it was at 469K while we were on the phone. Not accusing anyone, but it was odd timing on that.

Outstanding friedly services, excellent to communicate with and the online platform they use makes documentation easier. Very open to all questions, concerns, design ideas, and much more. No over promising, our home was finished almost 4 months ahead of what was stated during signing of the contract. Everything was completed and constructed as promised with zero issues. They are a "big" custom home building company with a small mom and pop attention to detail mentallity.

As a military family being stationed half-way around the world, we didn't even know if building a home would be possible. Westbrooke Homes not only made it possible but it truly was easy and stress-free as can be. We experienced true professionalism from the entire team - sales, architects, project managers, contractors, etc. The process was much easier than I could have imagined with the help of the co-construct app. The app made communicating with everyone a breeze. We absolutely love our new home and know we got high-quality for great value. We can not recommend Westbrooke Homes enough!

We recommend Westbrooke Homes 100% to everyone. We moved into our house just as the pandemic hit and have now lived in our house for over a year. We are past most warranty issues and we are completely happy and totally in love with our home. We have spent more time at home than we ever thought we would and have loved every minute of it. We designed this house exactly the way we needed it with 4 kids and 2 dogs. The very best decision we made was having Westbrooke build our dream home. The quality of materials and workmanship is outstanding. What really excels is Allen's communication. After dealing with 2 other builders first, the communication with Westbrooke was the defining measure. Another defining measure was the contract. I didn't want to sign until I had a contract attorney familiar with home building take a look after a bad experience with a different builder. The attorney told me that the Westbrooke Contract was a good contract to sign and looked after the interests of both the builder and the homeowner if things were to ever have to go to court. We had the very best experience building with Westbrooke. Every idea we had Allen gave thoughtful consideration, and even when he knew it wasn't a good idea, he held our hand to show us how it could work or explained why it's not going to work. We trusted them to be the experts and their trust was well earned. Building a house is hard. We went through many ups and downs over a 3 year period. When we finally found Westbrooke, the process went smoother than we could have imagined. They were even able to get us into our home a month earlier than expected when we had lease issues where we were living. It's an issue specific to our situation and yet Allen and his crew were able to make it work. Thanks again to Allen and his crew. Our dream home is here and we couldn't be happier.

While looking for homes we came across many builders. None of them were like Westbrooke Homes. Every step of the process from the beginning was very smooth. The whole Westbrooke team is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They explain everything to you upfront and don’t cut corners. From picking the lot to closing on the house, we had zero complaints, and any questions or concerns we had were answered right away. We can not recommend Westbrooke homes enough. After a horrible experience with our first builders we decided to finish our house with Allen because his communication and responsiveness was exemplary. Every and any question was answered in less than 12 hours, most often immediately. This is the thing we appreciated most about Allen. But after living in our house for over a month we find that his craftsmanship and quality of work are outstanding as well. He never hesitated to get us whatever custom thing we wanted for our house, while also ensuring code was met and that it all made sense for our future day to day living. We were lucky enough to watch the build on a daily basis and got to talk to many of his contractors. All of them were friendly, hard working and kind. Building isn’t for the faint of heart, but Allen and his team guided us through all the obstacles patiently and competently and completed our house two weeks ahead of schedule. To Allen, Melinda, Mike and Troy, Rick, Terry and Doug and all the others, thank you for building our dream home.

My family and I can not recommend Westbrooke Homes enough. When we initially began exploring the building process, we shopped around for different builders, and now we’re so glad we ended up working with Westbrooke. The home building experience can be overwhelming, but they made it a breeze! All of our questions were answered thoroughly and efficiently. They were in constant communication with us throughout the process and kept us informed in regards to next steps. There are so many “standards” with Westbrooke Homes that were considered “upgrades” with any other builder. Our home is beautiful and more than we could have ever dreamed of owning!

When we started looking for a new home a new construction was out of the question because of all the horror stories we heard. After looking at several homes our realtor suggested Westbrooke homes. After looking at the model we put a contract on a build. Not only was Allen and his team amazing to work with, our home was complete earlier than promised. Allen was easy to communicate with, always responded promptly and made this whole experience a dream come true. Not to mention the Co-construct app he uses which lets you see updated info on the progress of the home, a message tab to communicate with him and his team, and the ability to make some selections for your custom build. I highly recommend Westbrooke homes!

This is our third home purchase and our second new construction and the customer service and unique home designs really set Westbrooke Homes apart from the competition. We were very impressed from beginning to end with Allen’s involvement in the entire process and the responsiveness to our questions or needs. It was truly a smooth and pleasant experience working with him on our home. Allen and his team put noticeable pride in the work they do. Westbrooke Homes includes many small touches that are charged as upgrades with other builders. They truly have the homeowner and "living" in mind with their floor plans. We love our Westbrooke home and wouldn’t change a thing. We especially like the higher end exterior design, which gives it a genuine custom home look and makes our home unique from any other. In addition, we love the custom kitchen in our open floor plan design that lets the living area really act as a center of family activity. We don’t even have enough stuff to fill all of the cabinets there are so many! We have already provided recommendations to our friends and highly recommend Allen and Westbrooke Homes!
