It was time to replace our carpet in our living room. We went to Western Flooring because my husband had them do some flooring where he worked and was happy with the results. We met Charles Bradley, who worked with me to find the perfect color to work with our tile and woodwork in our home. We made an appointment for him to come and measure the room. He arrived for the appointment on time and was very professional. He ordered the materials and when we were ready to have it installed, he booked an appointment for a date and time that was convenient for us. The installers arrived early and worked well together anticipating each other's next move or needed tool. They did an excellent job of installing the carpet. They left the room clean. They were very polite and answered any questions we had. We are planning on having them install carpet in two more rooms. I had the hardwood floors replaced in a 1915 home and they did an amazing job. The floors are so much better. I will definitely use them again.
