Wine Cellar Specialist is a great group. The wine cellar looks great. We could not be happier.

Avoid this company, Robert and his team are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. They promised us tailored prices that fit our space and took a long time to develop CAD drawings based on our space, but ultimately delivered stock pieces that don’t fit in our space and require sawing metal and a diamond bit to drill into the floor despite the salesperson pitching how custom and easy they are to install. We reached out and gave them a chance to fix the issue before writing a review and they never responded so we are going through the credit card company and hired a lawyer to get our money back for product that we cannot use. Save yourself time and find another solution.

We worked with the Wine Cellar Specialist on a high end residence wine room. They are very meticulous innovative & detail oriented in terms of planning and execution thus our cooperative project, we provided the backlit Onyx shelf backdrop, turned out 100%.

Poor customer service and left us hanging with a cooling system that never worked properly! Having to replace cooling system after only 1.5 years to a tune of $5,000. Cellar is beautiful but I would not recommend this organization due to their "it's not our problem" attitude. Look elsewhere.

When I decided to convert an under the stairs closet to a wine storage closet, I randomly came across Wine Cellar Specialists on the Web and decided to give them a call. From my first conversations with Brad, I was impressed. Not only did they not try to oversell my needs, they were just as enthusiastic and dedicated when I informed them that my project wasn't nearly as large or costly as many they have worked on based upon their site and my conversations. The whole process was smooth and Brad was very responsive and kept me in the loop on all operational aspects. Equally impressive were the contractors they used on the project. Detail-oriented, efficient, and friendly. Tom was the one who handled the assembly and interior of the closet while Matt handled the electric. My closet looks amazing and I would recommend WSC to anybody wanting a conversion project like this completed. One of the big questions is whether to have to closet self-cooled (which is far most involved and costly) or not--Brad never tried to steer me down that path given the dimnsions of my closet and treated my project as important as a 100k one for which I was very impressed. I am a home builder working out of Elko, Nevada. I had a high end client that loved three different elements about different wine doors she had seen online. I contacted Nancy at Wine Cellar Specialists wondering if it would be possible to combine all of the elements into one amazing door..... and Nancy and the team at Wine Cellar Specialists made it happen. They built the door quickly and exactly to my specifications, it arrived quickly and expertly packaged from their workshop in Texas. It turned out beautiful, and it was exactly what the client wanted. I would recommend Wine Cellar Specialists to anyone, they did an excellent job!!!!!

Wine Cellar Specialists helped us take a basic idea and turn it into a dream come true! We had the idea to convert an office into some type of wine cellar but weren't really sure if that was even possible. We met with Nancy and Terry and they helped us design our dream room that includes a wine cellar, built-in custom cabinets with a beverage cooler, and a seating area. They helped us determine how to best use our space to accommodate everything we wanted in the room and still have a cellar with the maximum number of racks possible. Nancy suggested using reclaimed wine barrels for our flooring and for the countertops in our cellar and on our built in cabinets. She also suggested using stone coat on the walls and ceiling to create our "cave-like" atmosphere in the room. The end result is a spectacular wine room that is both beautiful and functional.

We had a new home built with a basement wine cellar. Due to issues with our builder, we never finished it. We called Nancy with Wine Cellar Specialists. She not only helped us design a beautiful wine room, her crew discovered that our builder had put our vapor barrier in wrong! We had to rip the walls and ceiling down to the studs and start all over! Wine Cellar Specialists took care of the demolition and the rebuild. The wine racks and our door look beautiful. Nancy even found a company to do a fabulous limestone ceiling. We could not have been happier! I wish we would have contacted them during the architectural stage of our home. We would have had everything done right the first time! After years of dealing with subcontractor, Wine Cellar Specialists made this project a wonderful experience.

WCS designed from the bottom up and built our wine cellar. They worked very closely with me on what I was looking for based on my preferences, needs as well as my budget. The team worked clean and neat and did a fabulous job. This was truly something I wanted for quite sometime and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would definitely recommend WCS to anyone wanting to have a wine cellar.

Nancy is knowledgable, professional and works hard to assure a succesful installation. The racks were delivered when promised and the finished work is now something I am very proud to show.
