Zatista

I purchased a lovely print by John Bidwell, but was sent the wrong print. I contacted Jill and was immediately sent the correct print and not charged for the initial one, which I was told I could keep. I just want to say that the customer service I received was outstanding. To find a company that is accountable and actually listens to customers and treats them in an acceptable manner is a rare quality in these times of homogenization. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. Thank you Jill for your service!!!! What a breath of fresh air!

In mid-April I fell in love with a beautiful Laura Browning painting that I just had to have. It seemed to be out of stock so I contacted Zatista to find out more about it. Jordan and Jill the good people at Zatista went out of their way to find out what other options they would be able to provide. This was wonderful service because they were able to offer me the option of having a version of the piece specially commissioned. I think what really stood out about them was how professional they were in arranging the transaction. They assured me it would be very smooth and they communicated with me once a week the entire time straight through the artist's completion of the painting. I don't think I had a single worry throughout the entire time of the project because Zatista service was so exceptional that they never stopped communicating with me. I will definitely recommend working with the lovely professional account managers at Zatista to any and all of my friends looking to purchase art. I don't think there's anything quite as amazing as being able to have a painting that you love commissioned and having it arrive on your doorstep carefully packed with a special note from the artist. I will keep the painting and the note forever. When I look at my Laura Browning "Green Light" in my Mid-Century modern kitchen the feeling is simply electric.

I am incredibly pleased with my commission piece organized through Zatista. As I have never commissioned a piece before, it caused me to be a little bit anxious and nervous to make sure I was doing the right thing. Amy and her team were fantastic. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They responded quickly to e-mails, and my commissioned piece (from start to finish) only took a few weeks. I would use Zatista again in a heartbeat!

I have purchased several pieces of original art through Zatista. There are many diverse and talented artists and types of art to choose from. I have been following one particular artist (although I have saved many "favorite" pieces on the Zatista website), and bought several of her stunning, unique and amazing works. The artist has been wonderful to work with in the shipment of my paintings, as have the staff at Zatista. Everything has been done with professionalism, quality and assurance, as well as with respect to the art collector. I was impressed with the ease and again the assurance of the purchasing process. Paintings were shipped expeditiously and extremely carefully ~ they were packed professionally and sent with extreme care. Staff are attentive and friendly and provide excellent customer service and immediate follow-through. Most of all I am extremely impressed with the quality of the work. The art is very well represented on the Zatista website, but is even more extraordinary in person! I am very grateful to have discovered Zatista and the artists there, especially, in my case, Konnie Kim, and a few other favorites. What an incredibly convenient way to purchase unique, extraordinary, one-of-a-kind original works of art from outstanding artists. With the original paintings I have purchased through Zatista, our home is enhanced, enlivened, and adorned with beauty, inspiration, Spirit, and the quality of permanent original art. Working through Zatista was a helpful, easy, and in all ways a highly professional positive experience. Thank you Zatista and your wonderful artists!
