Zinga's - Blinds, Shutters, Draperies

We recently had the pleasure of utilizing Zinga’s for a new hurricane screen on our lanai. We couldn't be more satisfied! From start to finish, the process has been seamless and efficient. The installation technicians, Jason, Zach, & Danny, were punctual, courteous, and ensured that the installation was completed to a high standard. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but they also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer our questions. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we can confidently say that Zinga’s product installation service is top-notch. We highly recommend Zinga’s to anyone in need of a high quality product with reliable installation services.

Mark and Allen did a fantastic job! They were friendly , quick and did a clean job! The planning team could do better at setting the right expectations when it comes to completing the installation.

We really like our blinds. They give us the privacy and keep the sun off our patio. We compared prices and we were still over the budget we anticipated but went forward anyway. Everything has gone up considerably in the last few years. The sale rep came out the next day after sending a request. I was told a second measure would be done in a few days. It took 9 days ! We completed and paid April 10th, and could expect completion by the end of May and I would get updates every other week. The follow up went to different emails, and were not as described by the emails I received. The installation was 2 days before the contracted 8 weeks , but I was told by both the sales rep and the measurer it would be as described. The installation went well. all 3 guys did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves.

We worked with Erica on our new home in Carmel, IN. She was prompt and personable. Really knew what we were after and what options may enhance our choices. I had two wireless electric blinds installed today, and the installers, Ronnie and Alex, were excellent and professional. The shades are very nice quality and provide a clean appearance covering the sliding doors, and they look like they were built-in to the frame. All went great and fast, and they look very nice, so I can recommend Zinga's!

After hurricane Ian took away our second floor balcony we decided to go with a retractable awning. We wished all of our contractors were as efficient as Zinga’s. From start to finish they were amazing. Their front office help, Bree and Kiersten we’re constantly informing us of the progress and scheduling went smoothly. Day of installation Jason, Dave and Ronnie were great. From the efficiency of getting a 22ft awning up a second floor balcony on a waterfront property to installation, was amazing. Then taking the time to explain the works and answering questions. We would most definitely recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

We had Zinga's install our plantation shutters and roller shades for our new build in Nokomis, FL. We had several other vendors give us a quote for this project. Zinga's was not the least expensive nor was it the most. They were, however, the best value for the quality of the items. Melissa in customer service, was courteous and answered all of my questions. She was reliable and her follow-up after the completion of the project was wonderful. 6 months after installation, we noticed a very small crack in one of the louvers. It was quickly repaired, and they are once again, perfect. Austin was the young man who installed the items and came for the repair. He is perhaps the most polite person I have ever met. He was knowledgeable about the products, efficient and did an excellent job with the install. He answered my questions confidently and cleaned up the job site well. I would recommend Zinga's based on the quality of the products, the excellent customer service and the professional installation.

Keith is an absolute gem! Not only did he tend to the reason I placed a service call, he took the extra step of looking at ALL of my blinds and made adjustments I didn’t even realize needed to be addressed. 10 out of 10!
