“BuildTech took care of a tricky renovation of an old house in Dublin for me. They proved to be so professional, pro-active and reliable that it was genuinely enjoyable to work with them. Fidelma in the office and Noel and Colm on-site clearly take pride in getting a quality result. I was suspicious at first that it all seemed too good to be true, but now that the result has been independently verified by an engineer's report, it's clear that BuildTech works with integrity. You get access to an online portal which contains daily work logs (including lots of photos), an overview of invoicing, and a chat function with your project manager. My messages received a detailed and thoughtful answer within 3 hours. The site team was generous with their time, skills and advice to make sure I understood the pros and cons of big decisions. The management was quick to put their heads together to find a pragmatic, economical solution for aspects I wanted to keep as cheap as possible. BuildTech is a perfect example of how rewarding it is to work with pros who are masters of their trade. You just save yourself so much time and stress”

“Eva provides a unique and really useful service. In 2 hours she gave me scaled drawings of 4 options to change the layout of the kitchen/living/dining space. As an architect she understands light and space plus the practical implications of changes.I am really excited now about taking it forward with Eva.”

“We knocked on a local residents door to ask who had designed their house and we found our architect! We loved Pauls work even before we met him! Right from the start, Paul was very easy to work with. We had found a site but he encouraged us to view a different one and it was the best decision ever. ( shame about the builder , lol!! ) We had a very simple brief.We wanted a modern build with lots of light, and with a tight budget, Paul designed us our dream home, on a small site.He got us right from the start! He even built us a model of the house. We very quickly trusted Paul and when he suggested we make some modifications , we knew it was for the right reasons.He was quick to pull us back from costly requests. House building can be very stressful but Paul was able to contain a lot of that stress. We would certainly recommend McCann Moore - a pleasure to work with, very relaxed and brilliant designers!”
