“After purchasing my first home, which was very out dated, I felt a wave of panic as I realised I will have to try find a building company that was trustworthy, friendly and could support me with my very limited building knowledge and that is exactly what I found with Pro Build 360! The wonderful, friendly and approachable Project Manager put me at ease straight away, bringing lots of great ideas and enthusiasm for the project. Throughout the renovation I was constantly informed about what the next steps would be and the team working at my house were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. The project was flexible, organised and efficient and I was soon ( much quicker than I first thought) left with my dream home. Along with this any questions or concerns after the build, Probuild were still happy to help, sending one of their builders around to assist. I can not thank Pro Build enough for making this rather scary project for me so easy and enjoyable! “My wife and I instructed the General Architecture Company to design a new kitchen extension to our end terrace property in Harborne. From the initial visit through to planning and into build we couldn’t be happier with the quality of service we have had to date from Kevin and the General Architecture Company. Highly knowledgeable with a real eye for design detail, Kevin took the time to understand what we were looking to achieve with the property and over a number of weeks came up with a design that will give our home a real wow factor once the building is complete. Like any major renovation there will always be the odd bump in the road, whether it be at the planning stage or during build where unexpected problems arise. At all times Kevin was on hand to support which was something that my wife and I really valued. Always on the end of the phone to offer guidance / reassurance or available to come on site to work through problems at short notice. One issue resulted in a re-design of footings and drainage to overcome what was real threat to the overall building design. All of which was completed over the course of an afternoon which minimised delay and kept the project on track. First class customer service from a company that puts you at the heart of everything that they do. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending the General Architecture Company”
