“Matrix Basement Systems Did a fantastic job on finishing our new construction walkout basement. Our construction project manager, Ben Gibbons, was very responsive and provided updates throughout, including scheduling and overseeing code inspections and sharing photos. All the construction personnel were truly excellent in their fields, and many of them sought permission to work on the weekends and then actually did work sometimes on Saturdays or Sundays. As with any project ever undertaken in the history of earth, there were some glitches, but they were addressed in a timely manner, and did not derail the project or the timeline. The scope of the project included putting in a full bathroom and kitchen with a wet bar and peninsula, and these areas turned out perfectly (along with everything else). We can’t wait to entertain in our new space. We also love the open, black painted ceiling, so we always have access to that area, and it looks really cool! We would definitely recommend using Matrix to manage and perform basement finishing from start to finish.”

“We moved here from Texas a year ago right before the polar vortex. Michael and his team of talented experts prepared our barn for our small animals prior to our arrival. It was a huge undertaking in freezing temperatures and they exceeded our expectations. They have continued to update the barn for safety and custom elements. We are so very thankful for their professional approach to our special project that has not only given us peace of mind for the safety of our animals but provided for their happiness too. Truly the definition of above and beyond. Michael is currently in charge of all design work and execution of the many custom projects in our 1950's farmhouse. We plan to continue these projects, both large and small, for the foreseeable future due to our complete trust, satisfaction, and pleasure in working with Michael and his team. We could not be happier and highly recommend Michael Menn Ltd. Their bar for customer satisfaction is incredibly high and we feel we are in the best hands as we prepare our farmhouse for the next 50 years.”
