“Metropolis did our house approx 500 sq ft addition (bedroom, bathroom and laundry area) and I have to say Jonathan and his right hand man Carlos were incredibly great to deal with – when we would run into any issues, Jonathan would provide a genius solution – also he would steer us in the right direction as far as design and aesthetics - while we watched other projects around our neighborhood stall – Jonathan and crew worked straight through and finished the project on time - the highest compliment I can give I would say I would recommend him to family and friends- thanks Jonathan”

“I first discovered Mike when my daughter hired him to completely remodel her newly purchased Bel Air home. It was perfection and could have been in architecture digest. Then her in-laws used him to completely makeover their new Beverly Hills condo. Another triumph! Around that time I wanted to change my kitchen in my main house and Mike accomplished that perfectly with reconfiguring and adding cabinets and a much needed Miele refrigerator to help with the pandemic hoarding. I was beyond happy with my kitchen and still am. So it was a no brainer when I decided to make my Guest house a legal ADU. Mike attained all the necessary permits and now we are in the process of the renovation. It is all going ahead of schedule and after a few short weeks I am already picking out paint colors!!Addition Building and Design is a family business with Mike at its helm steering beautifully! I would heartily recommend Mike for any renovation from one or two rooms to an entire estate. No matter how large or small your project is, he’s your guy. I am so happy with his entire staff, from his office to his workers and Mike oversees all. He will make your dreams happen. Run don’t walk and hire Mike for your next renovations. I know you will be as happily satisfied as I am!”

“I am so glad we used OTM Designs & Remodeling for our bathroom renovation! I just bought a house and we had the bathroom renovated because I am in a wheelchair so I needed to make it accessible. They put in an amazing roll-in shower completely customized to my needs. They were also able to work with my design vision, which is pretty eccentric. I love color and generally ignore conventional design “rules.” Ranj, the interior designer, completely understood what I was going for and was able to work with my crazy ideas. Offer, the contractor, is amazing at what he does and always made sure that everything was exactly how I needed it. They were able to do all of this even though we had a bit of a time crunch because we had to move in after we closed on the house but before we were able to move out of our old apartment. They were not only able to meet my design needs, but they were also able to do it in a limited timeframe. On top of all of this, they were also able to help out with some other things we had to do to the property, such as some sewer work and other items pointed out by the inspector. Finally, Offer and Ranj make a great team because their personalities complement each other and they are able to help take care of a variety of customer requests. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend OTM Designs & Remodeling for anyone who is looking for home remodeling work!”
