“Our journey with SGDI We were at a point in our lives when it was time to find our dream/retirement home. Since we had an extensive " wish list " it was impossible to locate anything on the market that would be suitable so we decided to source out the right property and build or reno. When we found the right property we reached out to Rob and Sarah at SGDI as they have a great reputation in our community. Sarah and her team responded immediately and joined us, along with our builder, for a walk through of the property before we even finalized the purchase agreement. That gave us the confidence to move forward with a complete rebuild of a 70 year old house on a beautiful view lot. We had some initial design ideas that SGDI laid out in draft along with several alternatives. Their team was amazing in the way that they responded to all of our design requests and always in a timely manner. As the process moved forward we worked mostly with Rachel on design details. There were multiple changes and adjustments along the way that were quickly and efficiently handled. The result is that we are now in our dream home and plan to be here for many years. “I had the absolute pleasure of working with Minh in early 2025. We needed to renovate our current home to meet the growing needs of our family. Our home which is over 100 years old has undergone several small renovations over the years resulting in a patchwork home. Needless to say improving the layout was a challenge.
