“We had an amazing experience with Tim! We had an extensive renovation to finish our basement that included removing the joists, digging out portions, and underpinning. He helped us figure out the most effective way to approach the project and handled the planning and permits (which felt as daunting as the construction itself!). He worked with our contractor to make sure everything was going according to plan, and Amy the structural engineer was great onsite. The project has exceeded our expectations! We feel lucky to have found such a great team. We plan to use Tim for any future projects.”

“Bloomfield Architects managed our re-build project which included full customized plans for the property. They came up with a modern and creative solution working with the current foundation and frame. They listened closely to our needs and provided an additional service through construction management. We are very detail oriented people and love the final result. Everything down to the gutters was custom and unique. Paul was the lead on our project and paid close attention to what mattered to us while working within our budget. We enjoyed working with him and his staff and would work with him again if we take on a project like this in the future.”

“Jeff was highly recommended to us by a Landscape Architect whose work we admire and who is considered tops in Philadelphia. This recommendation was well deserved! Personable and easy to work with, Jeff asked many questions about what we wanted, how we live etc. and really listened to our answers. He immediately grasped what we wanted and then worked with us to achieve a result that exceeded our dream. He is an excellent architect, no question. Of equal importance, Jeff is thoughtful and engaging and encouraged us to consider a number of suggestions that took our ideas and transformed them into a beautiful addition that generously meets our needs and thrills us every time we walk in! His taste is impeccable and I should also mention that Jeff totally understands and respects a budget. We loved working with Jeff, we are elated with the results and would heartily recommend him to others!”
